江西制造职业技术学院简介

江西制造职业技术学院是经江西省人民政府批准，国家教育部备案的全日制综合性公办普通高等专科院校。学院位于风景如画的艾溪湖畔—南昌(昌东)高校园区。学院有艾溪湖、上海路、丁公路三个校区，占地面积400余亩，建筑面积近20万平方米。学院面向全国招收全日制普通大专生，学生毕业后颁发国家教育部统一印制的大学专科毕业证书。学院下设机械工程系、机电工程系、信息工程系、经济管理系、基础课部和中专部6个系部，1个机械科研所，共30余个专业。目前，有各类在校学生6000余人。

办学理念

在30余年的大专层次办学过程中，学院始终坚持“育德教能”的办学理念，坚持以学生为本，坚持与实践相结合，面向生产、建设、服务和管理一线，培养适应区域、行业经济和社会发展需要的具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质技术技能型人才，同时面向社会开展职业技能培训服务。学院先后被原国家机械电子工业部、国家教委、江西省人民政府、中国机械工业联合会评为教育工作先进集体和全国机械行业文明单位;学院机械科研所曾先后荣获国家科委全国技术市场金桥奖和省直科研院所科技体制改革先进单位;2009-2013年，学院连续五年荣获“省直机关文明单位”称号。1992年起，学院曾先后与南昌大学、江西师范大学进行联合办学，招收普通专科生和高职生，是全省试办高等职业教育最早的院校之一。

师资力量

学院拥有一支实力雄厚、素质优良的双师型教师队伍，在职教职工300多人，专任教师250多人，其中具有高级职称96人，“双师素质”教师156人。有9名江西省高校省级教学名师、学科带头人和中青年骨干教师，3名江西省技术能手，52名硕士以上研究生教师。2009年起，先后获批中央财政支持的国家级数控技术职业教育实训基地、国家级汽车维修技术职业教育实训基地、全国高职院校提升社会服务能力重点专业建设项目(机电一体化专业)和江西省高等职业教育电子信息技术专业技能实训中心等，建设有各类专业实验、实训室75个，教学科研仪器设备总值达3800多万元。另外，学院与企业合作共建有校外实训基地30多个，每个专业都有校外实训基地。学院有藏书近9万种，总数近30万册。

学院积极发挥校所合并的优势，依托原省属重点研究所——江西省机械科学研究所成建制的并入，不断拓展科研和新产品开发领域。多年来，学院科研所承担有国家、部、省下达的科研、新产品开发等课题200多项，取得科技成果197项，在稀土合金铸铁研究、钢结硬质合金自由锻造工艺及模具加工技术研究、微细孔电加工工艺研究、铸件毛面探伤技术应用研究等多个领域达到国内领先水平，每年实现科研生产利润达 500多万元。

就业保障

学院累计为国家培养输送近3万名毕业生，一批学子已成为国家大中型企业的中层管理人员和技术骨干，毕业生就业率始终保持在95%以上。学院在广东、福建、江苏、浙江、上海和本省建立了几十个就业网点，与十几家知名企业建立了“工学结合订单式人才培养”的校企合作关系，学生入学时就签订就业协议书，确保就业，毕业生深受用人单位的好评。2013年，学院被评为全省高校毕业生就业工作优秀单位。

Jiangxi Manufacturing Vocational and Technical College is a full-time comprehensive public college approved by the people’s Government of Jiangxi Province and filed by the Ministry of Education. The college is located on the bank of the picturesque Aixi Lake-Nanchang (Changdong) University Park. The college has three campuses of Aixi Lake, Shanghai Road and Ding Highway, covering an area of more than 400mu and a construction area of nearly 200000 square meters. The college enrolls full-time junior college students across the country. After graduation, students will be issued with a college diploma uniformly printed by the Ministry of Education. The college consists of 6 departments, including Mechanical Engineering Department, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Department, Information Engineering Department, Economic Management Department, basic courses Department and Secondary School Department, and a mechanical research institute, with a total of more than 30 majors. At present, there are more than 6000 students of all kinds.

The college has been awarded as the advanced collective in educational work and the civilized unit of the national machinery industry by the former Ministry of Mechanical and Electronic Industry, the State Education Commission, the people’s Government of Jiangxi Province and the China Federation of Machinery Industry; the Mechanical Research Institute of the College has successively won the National Technology Market Golden Bridge Award of the State Science and Technology Commission and the advanced unit of scientific and technological system reform of provincial scientific research institutes; from 2009 to 2013, the college has been awarded the title of “civilized Unit of Provincial organs” for five consecutive years. Since 1992, the college has jointly run schools with Nanchang University and Jiangxi normal University, recruiting ordinary junior college students and higher vocational students. It is one of the earliest colleges in the province to try out higher vocational education.

The college has a strong and high-quality team of double-qualified teachers, with more than 300 in-service staff and more than 250 full-time teachers, including 96 senior titles and 156 “double-qualified” teachers. Since 2009, it has been approved successively by the central financial support of the national numerical control technical vocational education training base, the national automobile maintenance technical vocational education training base, the national key professional construction project of improving the social service ability of higher vocational colleges (mechatronics) and the electronic information technology professional skills training center of Jiangxi higher vocational education. There are 75 professional experiments and training rooms. The total value of teaching and scientific research instruments and equipment has reached more than 38 million yuan. In addition, the college cooperates with enterprises to build more than 30 off-campus training bases, and each major has off-campus training bases. The college actively gives full play to the advantages of school merger, relying on the institutional integration of Jiangxi Mechanical Science Research Institute, a key research institute affiliated to the province, to constantly expand the field of scientific research and new product development. Over the years, the Academy Scientific Research Institute has undertaken more than 200 scientific research and new product development projects issued by the state, ministries and provinces, and achieved 197 scientific and technological achievements. it has reached the domestic leading level in many fields, such as rare earth alloy cast iron research, steel-bonded cemented carbide free forging process and die processing technology research, micro-hole electromachining technology research, casting surface flaw detection technology application research, etc., and the annual profit of scientific research and production has reached more than 5 million yuan.

Employment guarantee

The college has cumulatively trained nearly 30,000 graduates for the country, and a number of students have become middle-level managers and technical backbones of the country’s large and medium-sized enterprises, and the employment rate of graduates has always remained above 95%. The college has set up dozens of employment networks in Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and the province, and established a school-enterprise cooperative relationship of “work-study combination of order-based personnel training” with more than a dozen well-known enterprises.
