福建信息职业技术学院是2003年2月经省政府批准、教育部备案,以工科为主、工商结合、以信息技术为特色的全日制普通高职院校,直属福建省教育厅。学院源于1906年创办的福州青年会书院,已有一百多年的职业教育办学历史,涌现出了中国科学院院士唐仲璋、郑作新,中国工程院院士、我院名誉院长陈良惠等知名专家、学者,以及郭鹤韬、侯文铿、陈侣白、蒋绍进、陈日浓等一大批著名校友。

2006年,学院顺利通过了教育部高职高专人才培养工作水平评估、隆重举行了百年华诞庆典,踏上了新一个百年发展的新征程!2008年,学院被省教育厅、财政厅、发改委确定为福建省首批示范性高职院校;2008年7月,被教育部、财政部确定为“国家示范性重点培育的高等职业院校”;2010年11月,被教育部、财政部确定为“国家示范性高等职业院校建设计划”骨干高职院校,并于2013年11月顺利通过建设项目验收,成为我省4所国家示范性(骨干)高职院校之一;2014年11月,学院作为首批试点院校,接受了福建省高等职业院校人才培养工作二轮评估。通过几年来的国家示范性(骨干)高职院校建设,学院深入推进体制机制创新,不断加强内涵建设,全面提升办学质量,成为了海西技术技能人才培养的“摇篮”,成为了海西信息行业职业培训、职业技能鉴定和技术服务的“中心”,成为了两岸高职教育交流合作的“典范”。

办学精神

学院坚持“质量立校、特色强校、文化兴校”的办学理念,根据“培养技术技能人才、拓展职业教育培训、实施应用技术服务”的办学定位,按照“面向行业设专业、依据岗群定课程、主体多元建基地、专兼并举强师资、校企工学紧结合、以人为本育人才”的办学思路,以“专业能力与关键能力并重、学历教育与职业培训并重、技术研发与社会服务并重”为办学特色,努力把学院打造成为一所“人才培养全国一流、社会服务成效显著、两岸交流合作典范”的高职院校。

体制创新

学院积极推进现代职业教育体系建设,主动适应《海峡西岸经济区发展规划》,为满足现代产业体系建设和两岸交流合作的需求,继2010年牵头成立“福建省信息产业教育集团”,于2011年又成立了以福建省教育厅为理事长单位,政府、行业、企业和学校56个理事单位组成的“合作办学理事会”,并建立校企合作“三会一组”四级管理体系,形成了产教对话、合作激励、人才共育、校企共享和多元评价5个保障机制,构建起政府主导、行业引导、企业参与的“政校行企四方联动、产学研培立体推进”合作办学模式,依托行业协会、产业园区、企业深化校企合作内涵建设,探索并实践“三维立体资源共享”“产学研培四位一体”“校企联姻厂校结合”“企业冠名订单培养”等校企合作新模式。

学院积极参与福建省教育改革,成立了福建省高职教育改革发展研究中心,承担了卓越技师等9个省改革试点项目,还与平潭职业中专等开展中高职一体化改革,与福建工程学院等合作开展本科高职“3+1”人才培养改革,搭建中高职、高职本科衔接的立交桥,积极融入我国终身教育体系建设进程。

办学条件

学院坐落于历史文化名城、全国文明城市、福建省省会福州市区。现有龙腰、杜园、螺洲三个校区,占地面积564.3亩,建筑面积16.6万平方米,校园环境优雅,绿树成荫,教学、生活公共服务设施完善。现有教学用计算机3000多台,图书馆藏书43.18万册,教学仪器设备总值9249.1万元(生均1.1万元),资产总值达2.35亿元。现有在校生7500多人,以及5800多人的各类成人教育在校生。2014年12月29日,学院平潭新校区正式开工建设,实现了平潭高等学府“零”的突破,开启了学院发展的新篇章;新校区总投资10.3亿,选址位于坛西大道与福平大道交叉口西北侧,占地约800亩,办学规模为全日制在校生1万人。

学院是福建省软件高职人才培养模式改革第一批5所试点院校之一,是教育部、信息产业部确定的全国计算机应用与软件技术专业领域技能型紧缺人才培养基地,是国家劳动和社会保障部、信息产业部确定的电子信息产业高技能人才培训基地,是国家科技部确定的三维CAD教育培训基地,是福建省软件人才重点培训基地,并建有福建省先进制造业软件公共服务平台、福建省光电器件实验中心、模具数控技术服务中心、福州市数控行业创新平台等,是福建省信息技术人才的重要培养基地。学院还是全国教育技术协会高职专业委员会主任委员单位、福建省职业院校技能大赛高职竞赛协作委员会主任委员单位、福建省信息产业教育集团理事会常务副理事长单位、福建省高等职业院校科技联盟副理事长单位、福建省高等学校教育技术研究会副理事长单位、福建省模具工业协会副事长单位、福建省物联网专业教学指导委员会秘书长单位、福建省高职院校外语教学指导委员会秘书长单位、福建省高职院校闽台合作电子信息类师资培训基地和福建省中职学校计算机、动漫师资培训基地等。2013年,福建省教育厅依托我院设立了福建省高等职业教育发展研究中心。

荣誉表彰

学院被省委组织部、省教育厅等12个部门评为“福建省职业教育先进单位”,连续获评省级“平安校园”荣誉称号,是首批福建省高校安全标准化建设二级达标校和首批福建省高校“平安先行学校”。院党委多次荣获中共福建省教育厅直属机关委员会、福建省委教育工委、省教育厅直属机关党委和省直党工委先进基层党组织荣誉称号。机电工程系被评为“全国教育系统先进集体”和福建省“师德建设先进集体”;电子工程系被评为“福建省教育系统先进集体”和福建省“师德建设先进集体”。院团委为“全国五四红旗团委”创建单位。应用语言系爱心课堂项目被评为教育部2011年全国高校校园文化优秀成果优秀奖。学院2006年度、2007-2009年度连续两次被评为福建省毕业生就业工作先进集体;2011年,被教育部评为“2010-2011年度毕业生就业典型经验高校”。

师资队伍

学院现有在编教职工470人,其中专任教师260人、正高职称9人、副高职称115人、硕士学位以上226人、双师素质比例达91.04%,还建立起670人的兼职教师资源库。目前,
有1名全国优秀教师、5名福建省优秀教师、6名教师“省级教学名师”、8个省级教学团队、9名省级专业带头人,有3名教师荣获“福建省五一劳动奖章”,还有82人在各级行指委及协会、学会任职,居全省高职院校前列。截止目前,共有130个市厅级以上科研项目通过验收、60个项目参展“6.18”,获37项专利成果。科研项目经费每年呈递增趋势,仅近三年来,学院科研到帐经费就达1300多万元。截至2014年,教职工在CN学术刊物上发表了科研论文1480多篇。

专业课程

学院现设有电子工程、计算机工程、机电工程、建筑工程、商贸管理、应用语言、传媒艺术和思想政治理论教研部(基础教学部)等七系一部教学单位,共33个专业(其中5个央财支持重点专业和2个省财支持重点专业)。现有电子信息技术、工模具设计与制造、数控技术、通信技术专业、商务英语、计算机网络技术、电子商务、智能电子技术等13个省级精品专业(示范专业)、9个省级教育改革综合试验项目和3个教学改革综合试验项目。校企合作共建了90多门专业课程,正式出版了136本专业教材和200多本校本教材、实训指南,并取得电子技术综合实训等1门国家级精品课程、1门国家精品资源共享课、22门省级精品课程和9项省级教学成果奖,均居全省高职院校前列。

实训基地

学院在校内建成24个生产性实训基地,其中有计算机应用及软件技术实训基地、数控技术实训基地、电子信息工程&通信技术实训基地等3个国家级实训基地,和电子工程技术、数控与模具技术、建筑技术、电子商务、机电自动化等5个省级实训基地。校外与美国通用电气(GE)、阿里巴巴、中国联通、摩托罗拉、富士康、神州数码、福建永辉等305家国际、国内知名的大中型企业开展校企合作,建有260个校外学习型实践基地,还合作成立了富士康机器人定向班、阿里巴巴特色班等
43个企业冠名的订单班,共订单培养了2277名技术技能人才。

学生素质

学院以学生发展为本,树立“冰山”模型的人才培养理念,创建“知识、技能、素质”三位并重人才培养模式,还借鉴德国、台湾等高校育人经验,率先开展“实务专题制作”研究与实施,提升学生关键能力,服务学生可持续发展。学院建立起“课堂能力培养—百项技能大赛—省级技能比赛—全国技能竞赛”能力培养体系,强化综合技能训练,涌现出一大批技术好手。截至2014年,我院学生在全国和全省各级各类技能大赛上共有近2000人次获奖,其中,
全国职业院校技能大赛一等奖5项;连续七年蝉联福建省高职院校技能大赛团体总分一等奖。在福建省第十三、十四、十五届大学生运动会上,我院代表队分别荣获高职高专组团体总分第二、第一和一等奖的优异成绩。

招生就业

2010年,学院率先在全省开展单独招生改革试点工作;2011年,又率先开展大类专业招生改革试点工作。学院坚持办学与需求结合、培养与社会联动、就业与能力并进,构建起服务学生就业力与发展力的职业指导体系,使学生毕业即就业、就业能敬业、发展有潜力。毕业生一次性就业率保持在98%以上,并100%取得相应的技能等级证书,连续几年学院均在全省大学生就业评估中获评优秀。截至2014年底,2014届毕业生一次性就业率达98.82%,签约率达74.66%,专业对口率达84.94%,“双困生”就业率达
100%,实现了毕业生就业数量、质量“双提高”。

社会服务

学院利用福建省高职院校闽台合作电子信息类师资培训基地等平台资源,开展了大量的院校教育技术交流、学术科研交流、人员培训、技术服务工作。学院积极开展自办大专函授、浙江大学远程、哈尔滨工业大学远程、浙江工业大学函授、武汉大学函授、福建师范大学及集美大学专本衔接自考等成人教育,拥有国家优秀职业技能鉴定站,建有可鉴定中、高级工与技师、
高级技师等76个工种的职业技能鉴定基地,2007年以来,开展各类非全日制学历教育30495人、职业技能鉴定71450人次、社会培训67170人次。学院积极开展对口支援新疆、内蒙古及闽西北等省内外9所高职院校,还积极选派干部、教师援疆和挂职地方教育事业、共青团工作,发挥出示范院校的引领作用。

闽台合作

2007年以来,学院确立努力打造海峡两岸职业教育交流与合作先行校的目标,形成了“四首创、五模式、七个多”的特色。学院成功承办了首届海峡两岸职业院校校长论坛、海峡两岸科技专家论坛等多个论坛;与台湾朝阳科技大学等20所台湾技职院校建立“姊妹校”关系,并与其中5所联合开展闽台校校企联合培养人才项目。积极借鉴台湾先进职业教育理念,引进优质教育资源,邀请台湾专家、学者和企业人士来校讲学参访,聘请了17名台湾专家学者为我院客座教授,与台湾高校和21家台资企业合作建立了11个实验实训室、合作开展9个技术应用推广项目,引进台湾高校15门课程、合作编写了16本教材,并在福建省率先开展两岸同步远距视讯教学,受到省领导的高度关注和赞赏。积极开展两岸师生互访、交流,并在福建省高职院校中率先邀请台湾“姊妹校”师生来校进行交流访学;2007年以来,共有133名教职工和197名学生赴台交流、学习。不断加强两岸职业教育研究和共享,开展了18项闽台相关课题研究,协助成立和维护建设省“海峡两岸职业教育交流合作中心”,在全省率先成立台湾职业教育研究所,编辑《台湾职业教育研究参考资料》,还从2009年起每年承办福建省闽台师资培训班。

对外交流

在国际教育交流合作上,不断拓宽国际合作办学视野。与加拿大莱桥学院签署合作协议并长期保持友好关系;与新加坡工艺教育局的新加坡达励学校、新加坡特许学院等合作开展NITEC证书培训班等项目,并接收2批次7名学生到我院交流学习;与日本亚洲人才交流事业团合作签约,并聘请了2位客座教授;与日本株式会社签订项目研发合作协议;与美国通用电气发那科智能设备有限公司开展合作共建项目;邀请美国全球教育联盟专家教授来校讲学;与英国阿尔斯特大学开展“3+1”中外合作办学项目;与新加坡南洋理工学院、美国麦迪逊技术学院、德国莱法州教育学院等达成初步合作意向;引进英国伦敦工商会考试局LCCI国际职业认证课程与考试项目,现已有78名师生取得LCCI国际证照;牵头引荐新加坡南洋理工学院和新加坡淡马锡基金与省教育厅开展福建省职业教育培训,将在近期为我省200余人提供培训,等等。

Fujian Information Vocational and Technical College, approved by the provincial government and filed by the Ministry of Education in February 2003, is a full-time ordinary higher vocational college with engineering as the main subject, the combination of industry and commerce and characterized by information technology, directly under the Fujian Department of Education. The college originated from Fuzhou Youth Association College, which was founded in 1906, and has a history of running vocational education for more than 100 years. Tang Zhongzhang and Zheng Zuoxin, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chen Lianghui, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and honorary president of our college, and a large number of famous alumni such as Guo Hetao, Hou Wenkeng, Chen Lubai, Jiang Shaojin and Chen Rinong have emerged.

In 2006, the college successfully passed the evaluation of the talent training level of the higher vocational colleges of the Ministry of Education, held a grand centenary celebration, and embarked on a new journey of a new century of development! in 2008, the college was identified as the first batch of exemplary higher vocational colleges in Fujian Province by the Provincial Department of Education, the Department of Finance and the Development and Reform Commission; in July 2008, it was identified as “the national demonstration key vocational college” by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance. In November 2010, it was identified as the backbone higher vocational college of the “National demonstration higher Vocational College Construction Plan” by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance, and successfully passed the acceptance of the construction project in November 2013. become one of the four national demonstration (backbone) higher vocational colleges in our province; in November 2014, the college, as the first batch of pilot colleges, accepted the second round of evaluation of talent training in Fujian higher vocational colleges. Through the construction of national exemplary (backbone) higher vocational colleges over the past few years, the college has deeply promoted the innovation of system and mechanism, continuously strengthened connotation construction, and comprehensively improved the quality of running a school, which has become the “cradle” of Hercynian technical and technical personnel training. it has become the “center” of vocational training, vocational skills appraisal and technical services in the Hercynian information industry, and a “model” for exchanges and cooperation in higher vocational education between the two sides of the strait.

System innovation

The college has actively participated in the education reform in Fujian Province, established the Fujian higher Vocational Education Reform and Development Research Center, undertaken nine provincial reform pilot projects such as outstanding technicians, and also carried out the integrated reform of secondary and higher vocational education with Pingtan vocational secondary school. Cooperation with Fujian Institute of Engineering to carry out undergraduate higher vocational “31st” talent training reform, build a flyover connecting secondary and higher vocational education, and actively integrate into the construction process of China’s life-long education system.

Conditions for running a school

The college is located in a famous historical and cultural city, a national civilized city, and Fuzhou, the capital of Fujian Province. The existing Longyao, Duyuan, Luozhou three campus, covers an area of 564.3 mu, construction area of 166000 square meters, elegant campus environment, tree-lined, teaching, life and public service facilities. At present, there are more than 3000 computers for teaching, the library collects 431800 books, the total value of teaching equipment is 92.491 million yuan (11000 yuan per student), and the total assets are 235 million yuan. At present, there are more than 7500 students in school and more than 5800 students in all kinds of adult education. On December 29, 2014, the new campus of Pingtan College officially started construction, realizing the zero breakthrough of Pingtan University and opening a new chapter in the development of the college. The total investment of the new campus is 1.03 billion. The site is located on the northwest side of the intersection of Tanxi Avenue and Fuping Avenue, covering an area of about 800mu and running a school with a scale of 10, 000 full-time students.

The college is one of the first batch of five pilot colleges for the reform of talent training mode of software higher vocational education in Fujian Province. it is a national training base for skilled talents in the field of computer application and software technology determined by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Information Industry. It is a training base for high-skilled talents in the electronic information industry determined by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the Ministry of Information Industry, and a three-dimensional CAD education and training base determined by the Ministry of Science and Technology. It is a key training base for software talents in Fujian Province, and there are Fujian advanced manufacturing software public service platform, Fujian optoelectronic device experiment center, mold numerical control technology service center, Fuzhou numerical control industry innovation platform and so on. it is an important training base for information technology talents in Fujian Province. The college is also the chairman of the higher Vocational Professional Committee of the National Educational Technology Association, the chairman of the higher Vocational Competition Cooperation Committee of Fujian Vocational College skills Competition, and the executive vice chairman of the Council of Fujian Information Industry Education Group. Honor commendation

The college has been awarded as “Advanced Unit of Fujian Vocational Education” by 12 departments such as the Organization Department of the Provincial CPC Committee and the Provincial Department of Education, and has been continuously awarded the honorary title of “safe Campus” at the provincial level. it is the first batch of secondary schools for the construction of safety standardization of colleges and universities in Fujian Province and the first batch of “safe first schools” for Fujian colleges and universities. Teaching staff

The college now has 470 teaching staff, including 260 full-time teachers, 9 senior professional titles, 115 deputy high professional titles, 226 above master’s degrees, 91.04% of double teachers, and a part-time teacher resource bank of 670 people. At present

There are 1 national excellent teacher, 5 Fujian excellent teachers, 6 “provincial teachers”, 8 provincial teaching teams, 9 provincial professional leaders, and 3 teachers won the May 1st Labor Medal of Fujian Province. there are also 82 people who have served in the commission, associations and societies at all levels, ranking first in the province’s higher vocational colleges. Up to now, a total of 130 scientific research projects at or above the municipal level have passed acceptance, 60 projects have participated in the exhibition “6.18”, and 37 patent achievements have been obtained. The funds for scientific research projects are increasing every year, and in the past three years alone, the funds for scientific research of the college have reached more than 13 million yuan. As of 2014, the faculty has published more than 1480 scientific research papers in CN academic journals.

Professional courses

The college now has seven departments and one teaching unit, such as electronic engineering, computer engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, construction engineering, business management, applied language, media art and ideological and political theory teaching and research department (basic teaching department). A total of 33 majors (including 5 central financial support key majors and 2 provincial financial support key majors). At present, there are 13 provincial-level boutique majors (demonstration majors), such as electronic information technology, tooling design and manufacturing, numerical control technology, communication technology, business English, computer network technology, e-commerce, intelligent electronic technology, etc.), 9 provincial education reform comprehensive experimental projects and 3 teaching reform comprehensive experimental projects. School-enterprise cooperation has built more than 90 professional courses, formally published 136 professional teaching materials and more than 200 school-based teaching materials and training guides, and obtained 1 national high-quality courses such as comprehensive electronic technology training, 1 national high-quality resource sharing course, 22 provincial-level high-quality courses and 9 provincial teaching achievement awards, all of which are in the forefront of higher vocational colleges in the province.

Training base

The college has set up 24 productive training bases on campus, including three national training bases, including computer application and software technology training base, numerical control technology training base, electronic information engineering & communication technology training base, and five provincial training bases including electronic engineering technology, numerical control and mold technology, construction technology, e-commerce and mechanical and electrical automation. Outside the campus, we have carried out school-enterprise cooperation with 305 international and domestic well-known large and medium-sized enterprises, such as GE, Alibaba, China Unicom, Motorola, Foxconn, Shenzhou Digital, Fujian Yonghui and so on. We have set up 260 off-campus learning practice bases, as well as Foxconn Robot orientation Class and Alibaba characteristic Class.

43 enterprise-named order classes have trained a total of 2277 technical and skilled personnel.

The quality of students

The college is based on student development, sets up the talent training concept of “iceberg” model, creates a talent training model with equal emphasis on “knowledge, skills and quality”, and draws lessons from the educational experience of universities such as Germany and Taiwan. take the lead in carrying out the research and implementation of “practical project production” to improve students’ key abilities and serve students’ sustainable development. The college has established the ability training system of “classroom ability training-100 skills Competition-Provincial skills Competition-National skills Competition”, strengthened comprehensive skills training, and emerged a large number of technical experts. As of 2014, nearly 2000 students of our college have won prizes in national and provincial skill competitions at all levels.

There are 5 first prizes in the National Vocational College skills Competition, and won the first prize in Fujian higher Vocational College skills Competition for seven consecutive years. At the 13th, 14th and 15th University Games in Fujian Province, the representative team of our college won the second, first and first prize of the total score of the higher vocational college group respectively.

Making use of the platform resources such as Fujian-Taiwan cooperative electronic information teacher training base of Fujian higher vocational colleges, the college has carried out a large number of educational technology exchanges, academic research exchanges, personnel training and technical services. The college actively carries out adult education such as self-run college correspondence education, Zhejiang University distance education, Harbin University of Technology distance education, Zhejiang University of Technology correspondence course, Wuhan University correspondence course, Fujian normal University and Jimei University, etc. It has a national excellent vocational skills appraisal station, and has identifiable middle and senior workers and technicians.

The college successfully hosted the first forum of presidents of vocational colleges on both sides of the Taiwan Strait and the Forum of Science and Technology experts on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, established “sister school” relations with 20 technical and vocational colleges in Taiwan, including Taiwan’s Chaoyang University of Science and Technology, and jointly carried out a joint talent training program between Fujian and Taiwan universities and enterprises with 5 of them. Actively carry out mutual visits and exchanges between teachers and students on both sides of the strait, and take the lead in inviting teachers and students from Taiwan’s “sister schools” to Taiwan for exchange and visits among higher vocational colleges in Fujian Province. Since 2007, a total of 133 faculty and staff and 197 students have come to Taiwan to exchange and study. Continuously strengthen the research and sharing of vocational education between the two sides of the strait, carry out 18 studies on related topics between Fujian and Taiwan, assist in the establishment and maintenance of the “Cross-Strait Vocational Education Exchange and Cooperation Center” of the Ministry of Construction, and take the lead in setting up the Taiwan Vocational Education Research Institute in the province. Edit the “Taiwan Vocational Education Research reference Materials”, and undertake annual training courses for teachers from Fujian and Taiwan in Fujian Province since 2009.

Foreign exchange

To carry out a cooperative co-construction project with General Electric Fanuke Intelligent equipment Co., Ltd.; to invite experts and professors from the Global Education Alliance of the United States to give lectures; to carry out a “3-1” Sino-foreign cooperative school-running project with the University of Ulster in the United Kingdom; to reach a preliminary intention of cooperation with Nanyang Institute of Technology in Singapore, Madison Institute of Technology in the United States and Lefa State Institute of Education in Germany. The LCCI International Vocational Certification course and examination Program of the examination Board of the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry has been introduced, and 78 teachers and students have obtained the LCCI international certification; take the lead in introducing Singapore Nanyang Institute of Technology and Singapore Temasek Foundation to carry out vocational education and training in Fujian Province, and will provide training for more than 200 people in our province in the near future, and so on.
