学院规划占地面积1100亩，一期工程已全部投入使用。固定资产总值5.6亿元，其中实训设备3126万元，图书馆藏书36万册。下设信息工程系、机电工程系、经贸管理系、艺术传媒系、建筑工程系和基础教学部，共开设有电子商务、会计电算化，计算机网络技术，物联网应用技术、通信技术、数控技术，机电一体化技术，汽车技术服务与营销，汽车制造与装配技术、模具设计与制造、汽车检测与维修技术、建筑工程技术、工程造价、电脑艺术设计、动漫设计与制作、环境与建筑装饰设计、广告与平面设计、房地产经营与估价、工程监理、旅游管理、物流管理、营销与策划等二十几个专业。。
