　　福建省人事考试中心是福建省人社厅直属事业单位，主要承担国家专业技术人员资格考试、执业资格考试、以及职称外语考试的考务及培训工作；承接机关、企事业单位等社会委托的命题考试业务；承担省属事业单位工作人员招聘考试并参与中央机关及福建省考试录用公务员的考务工作。

　　经过十余年的发展，中心队伍不断壮大，考试业务逐年增多，建立起涵盖公共基础知识、行政职业能力、经济、外语、工程技术考试等内容的几十个专业题库，拥有一支囊括我省各高校、科研院所优秀专家学者的命题、培训教师队伍，开发了'命题专家系统”、'无纸化考试系统”、'网上考试系统”等科学规范的考试管理系统，具备承接各种大规模、全省性考试的有利条件，为用人单位提供科学、规范和安全的考试服务。

　　中心下设综合培训科、考务一科和考务二科三个科室。主要职责为：综合培训科：负责文秘、文书档案、财务、行政后勤、人事等综合性的管理工作；资格考试、职称外语考前培训工作及其他与专业技术人员继续教育有关的培训工作。科代管的服务部，主要经营各类考试书籍、资料和文化用品。
