黄河科技学院

黄河科技学院，位于河南省郑州市，是经国家教育部批准成立的一所民办普通本科高校，创立于1984年。1994年第一个经国家教委批准实施专科学历教育，2000年第一个经教育部批准实施本科学历教育;2004年取得学士授予权;2008年通过国家教育部普通本科教学工作水平评估;2013年被教育部批准为“应用科技大学战略研究试点单位”。2015年，学校“黄河众创空间”经科学技术部和河南省认定，成功纳入国家级科技企业孵化器管理服务体系，成为全国首批众创空间。

黄河科技学院在郑州市有两个校区，济源市有一个校区，占地2600余亩，校舍建筑面积80多万平方米。学院现有工学院、医学院、应用技术学院等14个二级学院;设有工学、理学、文学、医学、管理学等九大学科门类;开设电子信息工程、临床医学、工商管理等59个本科专业，数控技术、护理等31个专科专业;其中区域经济学、通信与信息系统、机械制造及其自动化3个学科为河南省重点学科;护理学、机械设计制造及其自动化、电子信息工程、音乐表演、计算机科学与技术、材料成型及控制工程6个专业为河南省特色专业;通信工程、材料成型及控制专业为河南省民办教育品牌专业;建有纳米功能材料研究所、民办教育研究所等11个研究所;设有国家职业技能鉴定站、国家大学生校外实践教育基地、国家专业综合改革试点、河南省校园足球领导小组办公室、河南省博士后研发基地、工程技术研究中心、重点学科、特色专业、实验教学示范中心等高层次教学科研平台45个。现有全日制在校生27000余人，现有教师1800余人，拥有 “双师型”教师630余人;具有高级职称的教师近50%，青年教师中80%具有研究生学历。教学科研仪器设备价值2亿元;馆藏图书294万册。

现任校长杨雪梅，教授，博士，硕士生导师，黄河科技学院院长，第十二届全国人大代表，第十届河南省政协常委，民建中央委员，民建河南省委常委，河南省青联副主席，中国民办教育协会副会长，河南省民办教育协会常务副会长兼秘书长，中华职教社河南分社副主任、河南省教育评估中心首批评估专家，曾任河南省政协常委。先后荣获全国五一劳动奖章、全国五一巾帼奖章、全国青年五四奖章、全国三八红旗手、河南省青年联合会杰出贡献奖、河南省科技创新领军人物等荣誉称号。

多年来，她致力于民办教育领域理论研究，出版专著3部，主持《民办高校应用型人才培养模式创新与实践》等省部级以上课题13项，发表论文40余篇。先后荣获高等教育国家级教学成果二等奖1项，河南省高等教育教学成果特等奖1项，河南省社会科学优秀成果一等奖1项，二等奖2项。被授予首批“2012年度河南省学术技术带头人”“河南省十大科技领军人物”“河南省教育厅优秀教育管理人才”等荣誉称号。

黄河科技学院办学30年来，学院秉承“为国分忧、为民解愁、为社会主义现代化建设服务”的办学宗旨，坚持社会主义办学方向，育人为本，德育为先，创立了“以党建为核心，全面加强思想政治工作”的思想政治工作模式;以培养一线创新人才为目标，积极深化教育教学改革，构建了“本科学历教育与职业技能培养相结合”的人才培养模式，为国家培养了一大批“下得去、留得住、用得上”的应用型高级专门人才;围绕创新创业，着力构建了 “创新创业生态体系”、“创新创业教育体系”和“创新创业服务体系”，推动了学校创新创业工作的成功开展。建校以来，在没有国家财政教育经费投入的情况下，为国家培养了13余万名毕业生。学院曾荣获“全国毕业生就业典型经验高校”(就业50强)、“全国民办高校先进单位”、“全国诚信自律先进单位”、“黄炎培优秀学校”、“全国三八红旗集体”、“全国五四红旗团委”、“全国优秀高等教育研究机构”、“省级文明单位”、“全省创先争优先进基层党组织”、“河南省高校毕业生就业工作优秀单位”、“河南省高等学校党建工作先进单位”、“河南省优秀民办学校”、“河南省普通大中专毕业生就业工作先进集体”等多种荣誉称号。

Huanghe University of Science and Technology, located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, is a private undergraduate university approved by the Ministry of Education, founded in 1984. The first one approved by the State Education Commission to implement junior college diploma education in 1994, the first one approved by the Ministry of Education in 2000 to implement undergraduate diploma education, obtained the right to grant a bachelor’s degree in 2004, passed the evaluation of the general undergraduate teaching level of the Ministry of Education in 2008, and was approved by the Ministry of Education as the “University of Applied Science and Technology Strategic Research pilot Unit” in 2013. In 2015, the school’s “Yellow River Mass Innovation Space” was successfully incorporated into the national science and technology business incubator management service system by the Ministry of Science and Technology and Henan Province, becoming the first batch of mass innovation space in the country.

Huanghe University of Science and Technology has two campuses in Zhengzhou and one campus in Jiyuan City, covering an area of more than 2600 mu and a campus construction area of more than 800,000 square meters. At present, the college has 14 secondary colleges, including engineering, medical schools, and applied technology colleges; it has nine disciplines, such as engineering, science, literature, medicine, management, etc.; 59 undergraduate majors, such as electronic information engineering, clinical medicine, and business administration; 31 specialties, such as numerical control technology and nursing, among which regional economics, communication and information systems, mechanical manufacturing and automation are key disciplines in Henan Province. Nursing, mechanical design and manufacturing and automation, electronic information engineering, music performance, computer science and technology, material molding and control engineering are the characteristic majors of Henan Province. Communication engineering, material molding and control major is the brand specialty of private education in Henan Province, and there are 11 research institutes, such as Nano functional Materials Institute and Private Education Research Institute. There are 45 high-level teaching and research platforms, such as national vocational skills appraisal station, national off-campus practical education base for college students, national comprehensive professional reform pilot, Henan campus football leading group office, Henan post-doctoral research and development base, engineering and technology research center, key disciplines, characteristic specialties, experimental teaching demonstration center and so on. At present, there are more than 27000 full-time students, more than 1800 teachers and more than 630 “double-qualified” teachers. Nearly 50% of the teachers have senior professional titles, and 80% of the young teachers have postgraduate degrees. The value of teaching and scientific research instruments and equipment is 200 million yuan, and the library has 2.94 million books.
