作为上海教科网“一网五环”工程的重要组成部分，上海学前教育网于1999年4月21日正式开通。秉承“搭建信息化平台、提供学前教育一站式服务”的建设初衷与“共建共享”的建设理念，密切关注时代发展与技术进步，坚持以研究带动应用、以应用推进学前教育现代化发展。

近年来，上海学前教育信息化工作着重在三方面深入开展：一是提升全市区县园所教师的信息化应用水平，助推学前教育发展，二是实施上海学前教育信息网的建设规划，开展基于网络的立体化宣传，营造科学的家园共育氛围。并打造了三大应用平台："直报通"学前教育信息管理平台、"园园通"管理平台和课程云平台，助推学前教育转型。

"直报通"——对接全国学前教育信息系统的数据直报平台。借助平台不断加强对系统建设和运行维护的组织领导工作，准确、高效、安全地完成了两轮“区县项目数据、幼儿园基础数据”采集、审核与报送工作。

“园园通”——上海学前教育界的"八达通"。实现了市、区、园的三级管理和纵向沟通，实现了家园之间的横向交流，为幼儿园的信息化管理和教师、保健员的业务工作减负增效。目前，上海学前教育网园园通管理平台已经在全市范围的托儿所、幼儿园内全面进行使用，为全市范围内所有公办幼儿园、保教人员、家长提供服务，实现了网上家园互动。小投入、大应用的“园园通”信息应用模式为国内首创，2011年荣获上海市信息技术优秀应用成果奖。

上海100%公民办幼儿园应用“园园通”平台;上海学前教育网近4万教师、20多万家长用户，日访问量突破6万;“大擂台”“育儿加油站”“育儿周周看”等精品内容和活动逐步成为特色名片，百度收索、ALEXA排名在国内同类网站中排位第一。

"课程云"——教师专业成长的"助推器"。作为“十二五”重点项目，搭建面向全市幼儿园课程资源及活动实施的支持平台，提供开放灵活的教育资源共享服务。积聚二期课改优质课程资源，立足“用中建，建中用”，为解决学前教育资源短缺、城乡区域发展不均衡等核心问题提供支持，进一步助推教师专业成长、课程有效实施，目前已推出大批精品课例。

直报通•园园通•课程云是上海学前教育信息化的建设成果。在上海市教委领导下，上海学前教育信息部将继续携手各区县园所、教师共同努力，让园所更优质、让育儿者更专业、让儿童更快乐，创新突破，建设信息化应用良好环境，促进学前教育转型。

As a key project of the 12th five-year Plan, we will build a support platform for the implementation of kindergarten curriculum resources and activities in the city, and provide open and flexible educational resource sharing services. Accumulate high-quality curriculum resources for the second phase of curriculum reform, based on “using and building”, provide support for solving the core problems such as the shortage of preschool education resources and the uneven development between urban and rural areas, and further promote teachers’ professional growth and effective curriculum implementation. at present, a large number of high-quality lessons have been launched.

Zhi Bao Tong Yuantong course is the achievement of the construction of preschool education informatization in Shanghai.
