宁波职业技术学院简介

宁波职业技术学院是1999年由教育部批准成立的从事高等职业教育的全日制普通高校，是2006年国家首批建设的示范性高职院校。

学院地处由宁波经济技术开发区、保税区、大榭开发区、出口加工区及北仑港区组成的宁波北仑新区，区内有上千家合(外)资企业，全球500强企业38家，区位优势得天独厚。中国工程院朱高峰院士、刘盛纲院士、著名教育家潘懋元教授、原教育部职教司杨金土司长任学院高级顾问。学院主体专业涵盖了机电、模具、计算机、电子信息、生化、物流等与当地产业密切相关的专业。现有全日制高职在校生9000余名，非全日制学生和各类培训人员16000人。历届毕业生的就业率达99%，企业评价满意率达90%以上。

学院以“开放程度高，资源整合能力强，特色鲜明，具有较高国际知名度的高水平、高质量、高效率的国内一流职业技术学院”为目标，践行
“素质为核心，能力为基础”的育人理念，在实践中形成了合作办学、合作育人、合作就业“三位合一”，政府、学校、企业“三方联动”的办学模式，被教育部高职高专院校人才培养工作水平评估专家和《光明日报》誉为“中国现代高职教育的宁波北仑模式”。

学院不断创新办学体制，紧紧围绕区域经济发展需求，与各级政府携手成立宁波开发区数字科技园、服务外包学院、北仑人力资源基地与大学生创业园。成立阳明学院，探索中高职衔接办学体制改革。学院积极探索国际化发展，承办商务部援外项目，提升中国职业教育的国际影响力。努力打造国际化管理团队，引进国际化的电气工程师专业证书，提高学生海外就业能力。学院以“和”文化为核心，确立了“和而不同”的校风，“勤、信、实”的校训，“创业、创新、创优”的学院精神;积极推进“以军人品质树形象、以大学文化求内涵、以企业精神谋发展”的校园文化建设。

几年来，学院先后成为国家示范性高职院校协作委员会副会长单位、中国高等教育产学研合作教育协会副会长单位、全国高职教育研究会副会长单位、全国高职高专校长联席会议秘书处及中国高职高专教育网委托承担单位、中国教育会计学会高等职业院校分会秘书处单位。学院还是全国高职高专现代教育技术师资培训基地、全国高校产学研合作教育首家高职高专实验基地、教育部数控技术实训基地、浙江省重点建设的示范性现代制造技术实训基地、国家维修电工职业技能鉴定所等，也是浙江省日语自考(大专)主考学校。2005年，被评为全国职业教育先进单位。2010年，学院成为教育部高等职业教育物流管理专业教学资源库库建设项目主持单位。

2009年，学院与中国塑机协会理事长单位海天集团共同申报的《搭建教学育人就业“三位合一”开放平台，培养高技能机电人才的探索与实践》获第六届高等教育国家级教学成果奖一等奖。2014年，学院《基于“院园融合”的校企合作育人长效机制探索与实践》项目又获得第七届高等教育国家级教学成果奖一等奖。

Brief introduction of Ningbo Vocational and Technical College

Ningbo Vocational and Technical College is a full-time ordinary university engaged in higher vocational education approved by the Ministry of Education in 1999. it is the first batch of demonstrative higher vocational colleges to be built in 2006.

The college is located in Ningbo Beilun New District, which is composed of Ningbo Economic and technological Development Zone, Free Trade Zone, Daxie Development Zone, Export processing Zone and Beilun Port Zone. There are thousands of foreign-funded enterprises and 38 of the top 500 enterprises in the world. Academician Zhu Feng of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Academician Liu Shenggang, Professor Pan Maoyuan, a famous educator, and Yang Jintu, former director of the Vocational Education Department of the Ministry of Education, served as senior advisors to the college. The main majors of the college include mechatronics, mold, computer, electronic information, biochemistry, logistics and other majors closely related to the local industry. At present, there are more than 9000 full-time higher vocational students, 16000 part-time students and various trainers. The employment rate of previous graduates has reached 99%, and the satisfaction rate of enterprise evaluation has reached more than 90%.

With the goal of “a high-level, high-quality and efficient domestic first-class vocational and technical college with high openness, strong resource integration ability, distinctive characteristics and high international popularity”, the college has put it into practice.

The educational concept of “quality as the core and ability as the foundation” has formed in practice the “three-in-one” mode of cooperation in running schools, cooperative education and cooperative employment, and the “tripartite linkage” of the government, schools and enterprises. it has been praised as “Ningbo Beilun Model of China’s modern higher vocational education” by the experts of talent training in higher vocational colleges of the Ministry of Education and Guangming Daily.

The college continues to innovate the school-running system, closely centering on the needs of regional economic development, and join hands with governments at all levels to establish Ningbo Development Zone Digital Science and Technology Park, Service Outsourcing College, Beilun Human Resources Base and College Student Entrepreneurship Park. Establish Yangming College to explore the reform of the school-running system of secondary and higher vocational education. The college actively explores international development, undertakes foreign aid projects of the Ministry of Commerce, and enhances the international influence of China’s vocational education. Strive to build an international management team, introduce international professional certificates of electrical engineers, and improve students’ overseas employability. With “harmony” culture as the core, the college has established the school spirit of “harmony but difference”, the school motto of “diligence, faithfulness and honesty”, and the college spirit of “entrepreneurship, innovation and excellence”. Actively promote the construction of campus culture of “building image with military quality, seeking connotation with university culture, and striving for development with enterprise spirit”.

Over the past few years, the college has successively become the vice-chairman unit of the national model higher vocational college cooperation committee, the vice-chairman unit of the China Association of higher Education Industry-University-Research Cooperation Education, the vice-chairman unit of the National higher Vocational Education Research Association, the Secretariat of the National Joint Conference of higher Vocational College Presidents and the entrusted undertaking unit of the China higher Vocational Education Network, and the Secretariat unit of the higher Vocational College Branch of the Chinese Society of Education Accounting. The college is also the national higher vocational college modern educational technology teacher training base, the national university industry-university-research cooperative education first higher vocational college experimental base, the Ministry of Education numerical control technology training base, Zhejiang Province key construction demonstration modern manufacturing technology training base, the national maintenance electrician professional skill appraisal institute and so on, is also the Zhejiang Province Japanese self-examination (junior college) main examination school. In 2005, it was appraised as the advanced unit of national vocational education. In 2010, the college became the presiding unit of the construction project of teaching resources of logistics management major in higher vocational education of the Ministry of Education.

In 2009, the college and the Haitian Group, the chairman of the China plastic Machinery Association, jointly declared the “three-in-one” open platform for “building teaching, educating and employment”. The exploration and practice of training high-skilled mechanical and electrical talents won the first prize of the sixth National Teaching Achievement Award of higher Education. In 2014, the project “Exploration and practice of the long-term Mechanism of School-Enterprise Cooperation in Education based on the Integration of Colleges and Parks” won the first prize of the Seventh National Teaching Achievement Award of higher Education.
