陇东学院

陇东学院地处甘肃省庆阳市。庆阳是陕甘宁革命老区的重要组成部分，也是目前正在建设的国家级陇东能源化工基地的核心区域。陇东学院的前身是1978年成立的庆阳师范专科学校。2001年庆阳地区农业科学研究所和庆阳地区农业学校整体并入，2003年经教育部批准成立陇东学院。2012年庆阳卫校整体并入。学校实行省地共建、以省为主的办学体制。

学校现占地面积1400余亩，校舍建筑面积33万多平方米。固定资产总值5.66亿元，教学仪器设备总值9600多万元，馆藏纸质图书92.5万册，电子图书52万册。学校面向全国24个省市区招生，现有全日制在校生16000多人，成人教育学生3000多人。

学校现有在职教职工1021人，专任教师738人。专任教师中具有教授、副教授职称的教师245人，具有博士、硕士学位的教师431人。有国务院特殊津贴专家3人，甘肃省优秀专家2人，甘肃省领军人才1人，甘肃省“333”“555”人才工程5人;庆阳市科技功臣2人，领军人才4人，“185”人才工程5人。全国劳动模范1人，全国优秀教师2人，甘肃省“园丁奖”获得者22人，甘肃省“青年教师成才奖”获得者18人。有100多人次参加全国、省级、市厅各类学术团体，其中在省市学术团体担任理事以上43人，17人担任常务理事，8人担任副理事长。

学校立足“为生产、建设、管理、服务一线培养信念执着、品德优良、知识丰富、本领过硬的高素质应用型人才”的培养目标，构建了“本科标准+职业能力”人才培养模式，全面实施专业核心课程建设制度。生物科学专业为国家级特色专业建设点，农学、小学教育、历史学、土木工程专业为省级特色专业，有机化学、动物生物学、中国近现代史教学团队为省级教学团队，化学化工、土木工程、基础生物学实验教学示范中心为省级教学示范中心，建有中国古代文学等16门省级精品课程，获甘肃省教学成果奖18项。

建有石油煤炭、化学化工、机械制造、电气工程、信息工程、土木工程、生物农学、应用文科、艺术设计、医学实验、体育训练等11类实验中心和工程训练中心，设有“庆阳市第六国家职业技能鉴定所”，下设10个工作站，开展18个工种的职业技能鉴定工作。与庆阳市政府、微软(中国)公司、庆阳石化公司、庆阳一中等地方政府、大中型企业、中小学建立了142个校外实践教学基地，其中正宁县中湾林场被教育部确定为国家级理科实践教育基地。近年来学生在全国、全省大学生数学建模、电子设计、科技作品、英语演讲等学科竞赛中获各类奖励127项，其中国家级奖励18项。

作物遗传育种为省级重点学科，应用化学为省级重点培育学科。陇东生物资源保护与利用实验室、黄土工程性质及工程应用实验室为省高校重点实验室，陇东历史文化研究中心、农耕文化与陇东民俗文化产业开发研究中心为省高校人文社科重点研究基地，被省体育局确立为“甘肃省体育人文社会学重点研究基地”。与庆阳市共建现代苹果技术研究中心、陇东冬小麦工程技术研究中心、庆阳市抗疏力技术应用研究中心和庆阳市荒漠化防治研究中心4个工程技术研究中心，组建了“工业表面活性剂协同创新中心”。

2003年以来获得各类科研获奖188项，其中省部级奖17项，省教育厅及其他厅级奖项66项，庆阳市科技进步奖74项;发表论文4514篇，其中SCI、EI以上期刊收录论文97篇。出版专著、教材103部。获得国家自然基金、社科基金和省市各级各类科研课题627项，其中国家级自然基金6项，社科基金项目11项，省部级84项。审定省级标准56项，审定农作物新品种13个。近3年获专利授权211项，被省知识产权局列为“甘肃省企事业知识产权试点单位”。与庆阳市委宣传部、市社科联共同创办的公益性社会化文化传播平台
“陇东大讲堂” 获2013年度“甘肃省宣传思想文化工作创新奖”。

与兰州大学、华东师范大学等院校签署了校际合作协议，每年选送优秀学生到兰州大学、华东师范大学学习。承担《1+2+1中美人才培养计划》项目，与美国北亚利桑那大学、洪堡州立大学、曼斯菲尔德大学及台湾中国文化大学等13所院校建立了校际合作交流关系，并先后派出学生到美国、白俄罗斯、乌克兰、罗马尼亚、波兰等国留学。

大学生社会实践活动20次受到中宣部、教育部、团中央的表彰奖励，先后荣获“全国部门绿化400佳单位”、“全国绿化模范单位”、“全省精神文明建设工作先进单位”、“甘肃省思想政治工作先进集体”等荣誉称号。

Longdong College is located in Qingyang City, Gansu Province. Qingyang is not only an important part of the old revolutionary base in Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia, but also the core area of the national Longdong energy and chemical industry base under construction. The predecessor of Longdong College is Qingyang normal College, which was established in 1978. In 2001, Qingyang Agricultural Science Research Institute and Qingyang Agricultural School were integrated, and Longdong College was established with the approval of the Ministry of Education in 2003. In 2012, Qingyang Health School was merged as a whole. The school implements the system of co-construction of provinces and localities and giving priority to provinces.

The school now covers an area of more than 1400 mu and the construction area of the school building is more than 330000 square meters. The total value of fixed assets is 566 million yuan, the total value of teaching equipment is more than 96 million yuan, and there are 925000 paper books and 520000 e-books in the library. The school enrolls students in 24 provinces, cities and autonomous regions across the country, with more than 16000 full-time students and more than 3000 adult education students.

The school has 1021 in-service staff and 738 full-time teachers. Among the full-time teachers, there are 245 full-time teachers with the titles of professor and associate professor, and 431 teachers with doctor’s and master’s degrees. The bioscience major is the construction site of the national characteristic specialty, the agronomy, primary education, history and civil engineering majors are the provincial characteristic majors, and the teaching teams of organic chemistry, animal biology and Chinese modern history are the provincial teaching teams. the experimental teaching demonstration center of chemistry and chemical engineering, civil engineering and basic biology is the provincial teaching demonstration center, with 16 provincial high-quality courses such as ancient Chinese literature. There are 11 kinds of experimental centers and engineering training centers, such as petroleum and coal, chemical and chemical industry, mechanical manufacturing, electrical engineering, information engineering, civil engineering, bio-agronomy, applied liberal arts, art design, medical experiment, sports training and so on. Qingyang sixth National Vocational skills Accreditation Institute is set up with 10 workstations to carry out vocational skills appraisal for 18 types of work. 142 off-campus practical teaching bases have been established with Qingyang Municipal Government, Microsoft (China) Company, Qingyang Petrochemical Company, Qingyang No. 1 medium-sized local government, large and medium-sized enterprises, primary and secondary schools. Among them, Zhongwan Forest Farm in Zhengning County has been identified by the Ministry of Education as the national science practical education base. In recent years, students have won 127 awards in national and provincial college students’ mathematical modeling, electronic design, scientific and technological works, English speeches and other competitions, including 18 national awards.

Crop genetics and breeding is a provincial key discipline, and applied chemistry is a provincial key cultivation discipline. Longdong biological resources protection and utilization laboratory, loess engineering nature and engineering application laboratory are the key laboratories of provincial universities. Longdong Historical and Cultural Research Center, Agricultural Culture and Longdong Folk Culture Industry Development and Research Center are the key research bases of humanities and social sciences in provincial universities, which have been established as the “key research base of sports humanities and sociology of Gansu Province” by the Provincial Sports Bureau. Four engineering and technical research centers, namely, Modern Apple Technology Research Center, Longdong Winter Wheat Engineering Technology Research Center, Qingyang Anti-thinning Technology Application Research Center and Qingyang Desertification Prevention and Control Research Center, were jointly built with Qingyang City, and the “Industrial Surfactant Synergetic Innovation Center” was established.

Since 2003, it has won 188 scientific research awards, including 17 provincial and ministerial awards, 66 provincial education departments and other departmental awards, 74 Qingyang Science and Technology Progress Award, and 4514 published papers, including 97 papers published in journals above SCI and EI. Published 103 monographs and teaching materials. It has obtained 627 national nature funds, social science funds and 627 scientific research projects at all levels of provinces and cities, including 6 national nature funds, 11 social science fund projects and 84 provincial and ministerial level. 56 provincial standards have been approved and 13 new crop varieties have been approved. “Longdong Lecture Hall” won the 2013 Gansu Provincial Innovation Award for propaganda, ideological and Cultural work.

Signed an intercollegiate cooperation agreement with Lanzhou University and East China normal University to send outstanding students to Lanzhou University and East China normal University to study every year. To undertake the “1-2-1 China-US Talent training Program” project, and have established intercollegiate cooperation and exchange relations with 13 universities, including Northern Arizona University, Humboldt State University, Mansfield University and Taiwan Chinese Culture University, and have sent students to study in the United States, Belarus, Ukraine, Romania, Poland and other countries.
