天津中医药大学

学校始建于1958年，原名天津中医学院，2006年正式更名为天津中医药大学。1992年经国家教委批准，加挂中国传统医药国际学院校牌，是教育部高等学校中医学、医学人文素质教学指导委员会主任委员单位和世界中医药学会联合会教育指导委员会主任委员单位。学校秉承“进德修业，继承创新”的校训，培养了以石学敏、张伯礼等为代表的一大批中医药杰出人才，为民族医药卫生事业的发展做出了重要贡献。新时期，学校贯彻落实教育部“高等学校创新能力提升计划”(简称“2011”计划)精神，牵头组建“现代中药协同创新中心”，在高水平大学建设道路上阔步前进。

学校正在建设中的新校区座落于天津市静海县团泊湖畔，占地2600余亩，建筑面积60余万平方米，将建设成为全国最大的中医药博物馆、中药植物园;全国最先进的中医药科技园及中医药国际教育中心。

学校现有11个学院、4个学部、2个研究院所、3所直属附属医院。设有6个学科门类，25个专业，有中医学、中药学、中西医结合3个博士一级学科学位授权点，22个博士二级学科学位授权点;有中医学、中西医结合、中药学、药学、基础医学、护理学、管理科学与工程、生物医学工程8个硕士一级学科学位授权点，49个硕士二级学科学位授权点。本科以上全日制在校生12320人，其中本科生7850人，硕博研究生3394人，留学生及台港澳侨学历生1076人。

学校有教职工3600余人，具有高级专业技术职称教师900余人。有石学敏、张伯礼、刘昌孝3位中国工程院院士;教育部长江学者奖励计划特聘教授、国家杰出青年科学基金获得者、万人计划、新世纪“百千万人才工程”、教育部新世纪优秀人才、卫生部有突出贡献中青年专家、人事部有突出贡献中青年专家等各类高层次人才20余人。获批教育部创新团队3支。近三年，学校新增省部级、局级以上课题共408项。国家级项目189项，包括“重大新药创制”科技重大专项20项，973计划项目11项，863计划项目1项，国家自然科学基金项目140项(含重点项目2项)，科技部国际合作项目3项，国家科技支撑计划项目12项，国家社会科学基金1项。获得省部级以上奖励43项，其中国家科技进步一等奖1项，二等奖1项;教育部科技进步一等奖1项;天津市科技进步一等奖2项。学校荣获国家级教学成果奖5项。

学校现拥有针灸推拿学和中医内科学国家级重点学科2个、国家中医药管理局重点学科23个、天津市“十二五”重点学科5个;建有天津市现代中药实验室——省部共建国家重点实验室培育基地、国家科技部中药现代化科技产业基地(天津)——现代中药研究中心、国家级国际联合中心——中意中医药联合实验室、方剂学教育部重点实验室(天津中医药大学)、现代中药发现与制剂技术教育部工程研究中心、天津市组分中药技术工程中心、天津市重点实验室3个、国家中医药管理局三级科研实验室14个、国家中医药管理局重点研究室2个、市卫生局重点研究室8个。学校有中医学、中药学、中西医结合3个博士后科研流动站。有第一附属医院、第二附属医院、保康医院3所直属附属医院和滨海新区中医医院(第四附属医院)、天津市人民医院、武清区中医医院、北辰中医医院、南开区中医医院5所教学医院。

The school was founded in 1958, formerly known as Tianjin College of traditional Chinese Medicine, and officially changed its name to Tianjin University of traditional Chinese Medicine in 2006. In 1992, with the approval of the State Education Commission, the school card of the International College of Chinese traditional Medicine was added. it is the chairman of the steering Committee for the Teaching of traditional Chinese Medicine and Medical Humanities in Colleges and Universities of the Ministry of Education and the Education steering Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies. Adhering to the motto of “moral cultivation, inheritance and innovation”, the school has trained a large number of outstanding talents of traditional Chinese medicine represented by Shi Xuemin and Zhang Boli, which has made important contributions to the development of national medicine and health. In the new period, the school implements the spirit of the Ministry of Education’s “Innovation ability improvement Plan for Colleges and Universities” (referred to as the “2011” Plan), takes the lead in the establishment of a “Modern traditional Chinese Medicine Collaborative Innovation Center”, and makes great strides on the road of building high-level universities.

The new campus under construction is located on the bank of Tuanbo Lake in Jinghai County, Tianjin, covering an area of more than 2600 mu and a construction area of more than 600,000 square meters. It will become the largest museum and botanical garden of traditional Chinese medicine in the country; the most advanced science and technology park of traditional Chinese medicine and the international education center of traditional Chinese medicine.

The school now has 11 colleges, 4 departments, 2 research institutes and 3 directly affiliated hospitals. There are 6 disciplines and 25 majors, including 3 doctoral first-level discipline degree authorization points of traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, and 22 doctoral second-level discipline degree authorization points; there are 8 master’s first-level discipline degree authorization points and 49 master’s second-level discipline degree authorization points in traditional Chinese medicine, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, basic medicine, nursing, management science and engineering, and biomedical engineering. There are 12320 full-time undergraduate students or above, including 7850 undergraduate students, 3394 master’s degree postgraduates and 1076 overseas Chinese students from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao.

The school has more than 3600 teaching staff and more than 900teachers with senior professional and technical titles. There are more than 20 high-level talents, including Shi Xuemin, Zhang Boli and Liu Changxiao, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, specially appointed professors of the Yangtze River Scholars Award Program of the Ministry of Education, winners of the National Outstanding Youth Science Fund, Ten Thousand talents Plan, the “10 million Talent Project” of the New Century, the Ministry of Education’s outstanding talents in the new century, the Ministry of Health’s outstanding contributions to young and middle-aged experts, and the Ministry of personnel. It has been approved by 3 innovation teams of the Ministry of Education. In the past three years, the school has added a total of 408 subjects at or above the provincial and ministerial level. There are 189 national projects, including 20 major scientific and technological projects of “Major New Drug creation”, 11 projects of the 973 Program, 1 project of the 863 Program, 140 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (including 2 key projects), 3 international cooperation projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, 12 projects of the National Science and Technology support Program and 1 project of the National Social Science Foundation. Won 43 awards above the provincial and ministerial level, including 1 first prize and 1 second prize for national scientific and technological progress, 1 first prize for scientific and technological progress of the Ministry of Education, and 2 first-class prizes for scientific and technological progress in Tianjin. The school won 5 national teaching achievement awards.

The school now has 2 national key disciplines of acupuncture, massage and internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, 23 key disciplines of the State Administration of traditional Chinese Medicine, and 5 key disciplines of Tianjin during the 12th five-year Plan. There are Tianjin Modern traditional Chinese Medicine Laboratory– the cultivation base of state key laboratories jointly built by provinces and ministries, the modern science and technology industry base of traditional Chinese medicine of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the State (Tianjin)– Modern traditional Chinese medicine research center, national international joint center– Sino-Italian joint laboratory of traditional Chinese medicine, key laboratory of the Ministry of Pharmacy (Tianjin University of traditional Chinese Medicine), Engineering Research Center of the Ministry of Modern Chinese Medicine Discovery and preparation Technology, Tianjin component traditional Chinese Medicine Technology Engineering Center, 3 Tianjin key laboratories, 14 third-level scientific research laboratories of the State Administration of traditional Chinese Medicine, 2 key research rooms of the State Administration of traditional Chinese Medicine, and 8 key research laboratories of the Municipal Health Bureau. The school has three postdoctoral research stations of traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine. There are three directly affiliated hospitals of the first affiliated Hospital, the second affiliated Hospital, Baokang Hospital and the Binhai New area traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital (the fourth affiliated Hospital), Tianjin people’s Hospital, Wuqing District traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Beichen traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Nankai District traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital 5 teaching hospitals.
