山西师范大学

山西师范大学创建于1958年，是国家中西部重点建设高校。学校所在的古尧都临汾市，是华夏文明的重要发祥地。学校充分利用和发挥这一地域资源优势，使浓郁的地方文化和教师教育、基础研究、服务区域发展构成了学校的四大办学特色。

学校现有全日制本科生25000余人，研究生4000余人;设有22个学院，57个本科专业，17个一级硕士学位授权学科，120个二级硕士学位点，2个一级博士学位授权学科，11个二级博士学位点，2个博士后流动站，1个省级重点优势学科，1个省级重点特色学科，9个省级重点学科，4个重点研究基地，1个教育部重点实验室，1个教育部创新团队;教学科研设施完善，建有戏剧戏曲、三晋文化、黄河民俗3个博物展馆。学校承担国家级人才培养模式创新实验区项目和国家级大学生校外实践教育基地项目，有6个国家级特色专业、14个省级品牌特色专业，13门省级精品课程，9个省级实验教学示范中心。

学校现有专任教师1000余名。其中，博士、硕士生导师近600人，具有博士、硕士学位的教师800多人，具有高级职称的教师500人，国家杰青2人，省级学科带头人24人，省级教学名师24人，山西省“百人计划”3人，共有20余人入选山西省青年拔尖创新人才、新世纪百千万人才工程、教育部新世纪优秀人才计划、山西省新世纪学术带头人333人才工程。

学校始终把教学质量作为立校之本，不断深化教学改革，强化教学管理，狠抓教风、学风、考风建设，积极开展大学生科技创新活动。从2005年开始进行人才培养模式改革，创立3.5+0.5人才培养模式，在全省11个地市的45个县建立教育创新实验区，与地方合作创立荀子学院。学校坚持创新教育与实践教育的办学理念，教师教育改革和教学质量工程取得了显著成效，荣获2014年国家级教学成果奖。学生的学习能力、创新能力和实践能力不断提高，教育教学质量稳步提升，毕业生受到社会各界的广泛欢迎，就业率名列全省高校前列。

学校以学科建设为龙头，不断提升学科和科研水平，已培育出一批特色和优势明显的高水平学科群：以戏曲文物研究为代表的地方文化学科群在国内外具有影响力;以化学学科为代表的基础学科群在同类学科中显现出明显优势，理科综合排名进入全国百强;以教育学科为代表的品牌学科群更是在山西教育事业中起着不可替代的作用。学校组建有非物质文化遗产研究中心、大分子科学研究中心、基础教育研究中心、科技应用研究中心等四个跨学科研究平台，学科资源进一步优化，优势和特色进一步凸显。

学校主办有一批国内外影响广泛的报纸期刊。《中华戏曲》是海内外戏剧戏曲学界有广泛影响的辑刊之一;《山西师大学报》(社科版)是全国”百强”社科学报和全国中文核心期刊;《语文报》和《英语周报》享誉海内外，是家喻户晓的”中国驰名商标”。

Shanxi normal University, founded in 1958, is a key university in the central and western regions of the country. Linfen, the capital of Guyao, where the school is located, is an important birthplace of Chinese civilization. The school makes full use of and gives full play to the advantages of this regional resources, so that the strong local culture and teacher education, basic research and service regional development constitute the four major characteristics of the school.

The school now has more than 25000 full-time undergraduates and more than 4000 postgraduates. There are 6 national characteristic majors, 14 provincial brand characteristic majors, 13 provincial high-quality courses and 9 provincial experimental teaching demonstration centers.

The school now has more than 1000 full-time teachers. Among them, there are nearly 600 doctoral and master’s degree supervisors, more than 800 teachers with doctoral and master’s degrees, 500 teachers with senior professional titles, 2 national outstanding young people, 24 provincial discipline leaders, 24 provincial famous teachers, and 3 “100 talents Plan” in Shanxi Province.
