武夷学院简介

武夷学院是教育部于2007年3月19日批准设立的公办全日制普通本科院校;前身是创办于1958年8月12日的南平师范高等专科学校;1962年1月，福州师范专科学校并入更名南平师范学院(本科);文革期间停办，1978年经国务院批准复办。

学校位于海峡西岸经济区绿色腹地，坐落在“世界文化与自然遗产地”——武夷山，铁路、高速公路、航空等交通四通八达。现有校园占地面积3000亩;校园依山傍水，湖光山色，鸟语花香，四季如画。

学校现有教职员工1000余人，其中，高级职称教师占专任教师的35%，具有硕士及以上学位教师占专任教师的75%，拥有享受国务院特殊津贴专家4人、入选“新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选”
1人、福建省教学名师5人。此外，还从台湾地区引进了19名具有很强实践教学能力、急需紧缺专业的博士。130多位院士、“长江学者”、“闽江学者”和知名专家聘为学校特聘教授、客座教授、讲座教授，多国文教专家在校任教。

学校为接受中国政府奖学金来华留学生院校，也是福建省海外华文教育基地、中华传统文化体验推广中心。已有来自美国、俄罗斯、法国、加拿大、瑞士、乌克兰、南非、赞比亚、加纳、肯尼亚、印度、泰国、越南、巴基斯坦、孟加拉国、老挝等国的留学生300多人来校进行长期或短期学习。积极开展对台交流，先后与台湾政治大学、彰化师范大学、高雄大学等17所高校签订了合作交流协议;组建海峡成功学院、玉山健康管理学院，与台湾多所高校联合办学，实行双校园“分段对接”和以台湾教师为主开展教学的新型人才培养模式。

学校成立了董事会，建立学校与社会各界的联系渠道，共建校地、校企合作机制，完善合作办学、合作发展、合作育人等产学研合作途径。与福建圣农集团、南平太阳电缆股份有限公司合作办学，与台达集团、福建创四方电子有限公司等共建实验室，与武夷星茶业有限公司等企业共建了105所实习实践平台，实现了与企业联合培养应用型人才。

学校致力于培养专业基础扎实、实践创新能力强、综合素质高的应用型人才，积极开展校企合作，与圣农集团、太阳电缆股份有限公司共建圣农食品学院、太阳电缆学院，与省内外100多家大型企业共建专业、共建实验室、共建实践基地，共同培养应用型人才。立足“大武夷”县域产业发展需求，按照“一县一特色、对接有重点”的原则，实施与“大武夷”经济圈15个地方政府、产业园区协同合作计划，在智力支撑、科技服务等方面成果丰硕。对接南平“5+3”产业发展，开展服务重点产业发展项目38项、服务地方产学研项目98项。配合武夷山市实施武夷山市民素质提升培训工程，共举办44期百余场培训，受训人次累计约2万人。

Brief introduction of Wuyi College

Wuyi College is a public full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education on March 19, 2007; its predecessor was Nanping normal College, which was founded on August 12, 1958; in January 1962, Fuzhou normal College was merged into Nanping normal College (undergraduate); it was suspended during the Cultural Revolution and resumed with the approval of the State Council in 1978.
