杭州电子科技大学

简介

杭州电子科技大学是一所电子信息特色突出，经管学科优势明显，工、理、经、管、文、法、艺等多学科相互渗透的教学研究型大学。

学校前身为创建于1956年的杭州航空工业财经学校，属于军工事业单位，是我国较早成立的一所以信息科技(IT)学科为主导的高等院校。后经国务院批准，1980年设立杭州电子工业学院，2004年更名为杭州电子科技大学，学校先后隶属于第四机械工业部、电子工业部和信息产业部等中央部委。2000年开始实行省部共建、省管为主的管理体制，并被浙江省列为重点建设的教学研究型大学。2007年12月25日，学校成为浙江省与国防科工委共建高校，是浙江省唯一一所与国防科工委共建的高校，也是国防科工委共建高校中第一所信息技术类高校。2011年，浙江省与国防科技工业局签署协议，明确在“十二五”期间继续共建杭州电子科技大学。学校建有下沙、文一、东岳、下沙东及信息工程学院临安新校区共五个校区，占地面积2500余亩，现有普通全日制在校生28000余人，教职员工2200余人。

建校以来，学校逐步形成了本科教育、研究生教育、继续教育等多种教育层次与形式并存的人才培养体系，具有招收外国留学生和港澳台学生资格。学校设有机械工程学院、电子信息学院、通信工程学院、自动化学院、计算机学院、材料与环境工程学院、生命信息与仪器工程学院、软件工程学院、理学院、经济学院、管理学院、会计学院、外国语学院、数字媒体和艺术设计学院、人文与法学院、马克思主义学院、体育与艺术教学部、卓越学院、国际教育学院、浙江保密学院、继续教育学院、国防科技学院以及独立设置的信息工程学院。

学校现有本科专业57个,分别隶属于工学、管理学、经济学、理学、文学、法学和艺术学等7个学科门类。学校具有深厚的电子信息产业背景和悠久的经管学科办学历史。现有计算机科学与技术等2个国家级综合改革试点专业，通信工程等6个教育部“卓越工程师教育培养计划”试点专业，电子信息工程等7个国家级特色专业建设点，会计学等11个浙江省“十二五”优势专业，软件工程等6个浙江省重点专业，工商管理等9个浙江省重点建设专业，自动化、电子信息工程2个国防特色重点专业，是省属高校中唯一拥有国防特色重点专业的高校。学校拥有3个博士学位授权一级学科，
1个博士后科研工作站，13个一级学科硕士授权点，53个二级学科硕士授权点，9个领域的工程硕士专业学位授予权，拥有会计硕士专业学位(MPAcc)、资产评估硕士专业学位(MV)和工商管理硕士专业学位(MBA)授予权及同等学历在职人员申请硕士学位授予权。拥有1个国防特色主干学科、2个浙江省重中之重一级学科、2个浙江省重中之重学科、1个浙江省人文社会科学重点研究基地、19个浙江省重点学科、7个原信息产业部重点学科。经过多年的建设和发展，学校已发展成为浙江省人才培养、科学研究和社会服务的重要基地，办学规模、水平、质量和效益等各项指标均位于浙江省属高校前列。

学校以传道授业，培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质人才为己任，建立起了一支以中青年学科带头人为骨干的高水平教学科研队伍。现有专任教师1515余人，其中正高职称211人，

Brief introduction

Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology is a teaching and research university with outstanding electronic information features, obvious advantages in economic management, engineering, science, economics, management, liberal arts, law, art and other disciplines.

The school, formerly known as Hangzhou School of Aviation Industry Finance and Economics, which was founded in 1956, belongs to military institutions and is an early university dominated by Information Technology (IT) discipline in China. With the approval of the State Council, Hangzhou Institute of Electronic Industry was established in 1980 and renamed Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology in 2004. The school has successively belonged to the fourth Ministry of Machinery Industry, the Ministry of Electronic Industry and the Ministry of Information Industry. In 2000, it began to implement the management system of provincial-ministerial co-construction and provincial management, and was listed as a key teaching and research university in Zhejiang Province. On December 25, 2007, the school became a university jointly built by Zhejiang Province and the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, the only university built jointly with the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, and the first information technology university jointly built by the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense. In 2011, Zhejiang Province signed an agreement with the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense to continue to build Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology during the 12th five-year Plan period. The school has five campuses, including Xiasha, Wenyi, Dongyue, Xiashadong and Lin’an New Campus of the College of Information Engineering, covering an area of more than 2500 mu. There are more than 28000 full-time students and more than 2200 teaching staff.

Since the establishment of the school, the school has gradually formed a talent training system with various levels and forms of education, such as undergraduate education, graduate education and continuing education, which is qualified to recruit foreign students and students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. The school has 57 undergraduate majors, which belong to 7 disciplines, such as engineering, management, economics, science, literature, law and art. The school has a profound background in the electronic information industry and a long history of running a school in the discipline of economics and management. At present, there are 2 national comprehensive reform pilot majors, such as computer science and technology, 6 pilot majors of “excellent engineer Education Program” of the Ministry of Education, and 7 national characteristic specialty construction sites, such as electronic information engineering. Accounting and other 11 Zhejiang Province “12th five-year Plan” advantage majors, software engineering and other 6 Zhejiang key majors, business administration and other 9 Zhejiang key construction majors Automation and electronic information engineering, two key specialties with national defense characteristics, are the only provincial universities with national defense characteristics. The school has three doctoral degrees authorized first-tier disciplines.

One postdoctoral research station, 13 first-level discipline master’s authorization points, 53 second-level discipline master’s authorization points, 9 fields of engineering master’s degree grant authority, with accounting master’s degree (MPAcc), asset evaluation master’s degree (MV) and business administration master’s degree (MBA) and equivalent qualifications in-service personnel to apply for master’s degree grant right. It has one main discipline with national defense characteristics, two top-tier disciplines in Zhejiang Province, two top-priority disciplines in Zhejiang Province, one key research base of humanities and social sciences in Zhejiang Province, 19 key disciplines in Zhejiang Province, and seven former key disciplines of the Ministry of Information Industry. After years of construction and development, the school has developed into an important base for personnel training, scientific research and social services in Zhejiang Province. The school scale, level, quality and efficiency are in the forefront of colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province.

Taking preaching and teaching, training high-quality talents with innovative spirit and practical ability as its own responsibility, the school has established a high-level teaching and research team with young and middle-aged discipline leaders as the backbone. At present, there are more than 1515 full-time teachers, including 211 with senior professional titles.

More than 44.17% of the teachers have the title of deputy high school or above, and the teachers with doctoral degrees account for more than 51.81%, which is in the leading position among similar universities in the country. The school has 5 shared academicians, 2 young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions, 5 experts specially appointed by the National Thousand talents Plan of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, 3 million engineering talents in the new century, 3 winners of the National Outstanding Youth Fund, 9 excellent talents support programs of the Ministry of Education in the new century (including the Ministry of Education backbone Teachers funding Scheme for Colleges and Universities, the Ministry of Education Outstanding Young Teachers funding Scheme), and 4 national outstanding teachers. There are 1 expert in the professional group of the Science and Technology Commission of the General Armament Department, more than 20 winners of the three national awards, 9 members of the University Teaching steering Committee of the Ministry of Education (including 1 vice chairman), 3 special experts in Zhejiang Province, 7 young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions in Zhejiang Province, 14 experts specially invited by the Thousand talents Plan in Zhejiang Province, 9 special professors in Zhejiang Province, 5 famous university teachers in Zhejiang Province, 160 people of “151” talents in Zhejiang Province There are 52 doctoral supervisors and 45 people enjoy special government allowance. The school has won 8 national awards for teaching achievements, and it is the only university in Zhejiang Province that has won this honor for four consecutive years. The rapid accumulation of high-level talents has strongly supported the rapid development of the school, and high-quality teaching management has greatly promoted the maximum development of students.
