枣庄学院

枣庄学院坐落在“江北水乡•运河古城”——山东省枣庄市，前身为1978年招生的枣庄师范专科学校，
1999年枣庄广播电视大学、枣庄教育学院并入。2004年5月，经教育部批准改建为全日制普通本科院校，2004年至2012年实行省市共建、以市为主的管理体制，2012年10月后改为省市共建、以省为主的管理体制。学校特聘中国科学院院士、著名数学家、博士生导师、北京师范大学原校长王梓坤先生，中国科学院院士、
激光与光电子科学家、天津大学精密仪器与光电子工程学院教授、博士生导师姚建铨先生为名誉校长。

学校秉承“兼爱、尚贤、博物、戴行”校训，坚持以邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观为指导，全面贯彻落实党的教育方针，树立“办学以教师为本、教学以学生为本”的理念，围绕内涵发展、质量提升主线，明确应用型人才培养定位，服务地方，特色发展，为区域经济社会发展提供人才、智力、科技支撑，全面提高教育教学质量和办学水平，社会声誉和综合实力稳步提升。

目前，学校占地1142亩，校舍面积36.8万平方米，固定资产总值7.5亿元，实验教学中心和实验室19个，其中实验室分室227个，教学科研仪器设备总值1.6亿元。图书馆纸质图书135万册，电子图书185万种，中外纸质期刊2553种，电子期刊11585种。学校面向全国22个省(区、市)招生，全日制普通本专科在校生14000人。

学校现有教职工1097人，专任教师730人，教授58人、副教授204人，博士110人、硕士550人。省级优秀教学团队3个，曾宪梓教育基金会教师奖获得者9人，省级教学名师4人，枣庄市及山东省“有突出贡献中青年专家”22人，兼职研究生导师21人，来自美国、俄罗斯、日本、韩国、马来西亚的外籍教师7人。

学校设有教学院(部)22个，普通本科专业51个，专科专业35个，其中省级特色专业8个、省级重点学科4个，初步形成了文学、理学、工学、管理学、教育学、历史学、法学、艺术学等学科协调发展的学科专业格局。学校建有省级工程技术研究院1个、省级高校重点实验室1个、省级社科普及教育基地1个、省级青少年素质教育重点研究基地2个、省级实验教学示范中心2个、省级精品课程23门，是山东省首批研究生联合培养基地。

学校注重科学研究对教学水平提升的促进作用。近年来先后承担了国家973科研项目、国家社科基金、国家自然科学基金、全国教育规划课题、国家出版基金资助项目、国家星火计划项目等国家级和省部级高层次科研课题共120余项，企事业委托的横向课题和专项课题70余项。发表学术论文4000余篇，其中SCI、EI、CSSCI收录400余篇;出版专著、教材110余部;获得国家专利成果60余项。获山东省社会科学优秀成果奖一等奖1项、二等奖1项、三等奖15项;获山东省高校优秀科研成果奖等地厅以上科研奖励160余项。

学校坚持以服务求支持、以贡献求发展，积极探索校企合作办学之路。建有区域(鲁南)文化研究院、资源城市转型与发展研究院、煤化工研究所等11个校级或校企共建科研机构，出台了服务地方经济建设和社会发展行动计划，搭建了枣庄市信息化、工业化融合促进中心等服务地方科研机构和创新平台。学校启动了化学化工研发、机械制造研发等服务地方的重点项目，承担了太阳能电池及光伏电源系统生产线建设项目、枣庄市化工企业自动化控制及安全连锁改造工程项目，全面参与台儿庄古城文化与场馆建设，加入山东省煤化工产业技术创新战略联盟并成为理事单位，为校企合作育人、合作发展奠定了重要基础。

学校注重人才培养模式改革，人才培养质量不断提高。近年来，在国际大学生数学建模竞赛、“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛和各类大学生专业技能大赛中，共获得国际级奖励3项、国家级奖励186项、省部级奖励495项，考研升学率一直保持在30%左右，其中考入“985”、“211”工程院校约占考取研究生人数的40%。2015年本科毕业生初次就业率为87.46%，毕业生质量受到用人单位的好评。

学校不断扩大对外交流，推进国际交流与合作。与韩国、日本、英国、加拿大等国家以及台湾地区的30所高校建立友好关系，开展了学分互认、学生交换等项目。特别是近年来，学校以世界语教学与研究为载体，与中华全国世界语协会联合建设了世界展陈面积最大、亚洲唯一的世界语博物馆，搭建了广泛的国际合作与交流平台，世界语博物馆被列为山东省社会科学普及教育基地，我校国际化水平和社会影响力进一步提升。

学校先后荣获“山东省党建和思想政治工作先进高等学校”、“山东省德育工作优秀高校”、“枣庄市突出贡献单位”等30余项荣誉称号。

Zaozhuang College is located in the ancient canal city of Jiangbei Water Township-Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province, formerly known as Zaozhuang normal College, which recruited students in 1978.

Adhering to the motto of “fraternity, excellence, wealth and prosperity”, the school adheres to the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory, the important thought of “three represents” and the scientific concept of development, and comprehensively implements the party’s educational policy. Establish the concept of “teacher-oriented and student-oriented”, focus on connotation development and quality improvement, define the orientation of applied personnel training, serve localities, and develop with characteristics. Provide talent, intelligence, science and technology support for regional economic and social development, comprehensively improve the quality of education and teaching and the level of running schools, and steadily improve social reputation and comprehensive strength.

At present, the school covers an area of 1142 mu, with an area of 368000 square meters, with a total value of 750 million yuan in fixed assets, 19 experimental teaching centers and laboratories, including 227 laboratories, and a total value of 160 million yuan for teaching and research instruments and equipment. There are 1.35 million paper books, 1.85 million e-books, 2553 paper periodicals and 11585 e-periodicals in the library. The school enrolls students from 22 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) across the country, with 14000 full-time general junior college students.

The school now has 1097 staff, 730full-time teachers, 58 professors, 204associate professors, 110doctoral staff and 550master’s degree. There are 3 provincial excellent teaching teams, 9 winners of Zeng Xianzi Education Foundation teacher Award, 4 provincial teachers, 22 young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions in Zaozhuang and Shandong Province, 21 part-time graduate tutors, and 7 foreign teachers from the United States, Russia, Japan, South Korea and Malaysia.

The school has 22 faculties of education (departments), 51 general undergraduate majors and 35 junior colleges, including 8 provincial characteristic majors and 4 provincial key disciplines. it has initially formed a disciplinary and professional pattern of coordinated development of literature, science, engineering, management, pedagogy, history, law, art and other disciplines. The school has 1 provincial engineering and technology research institute, 1 provincial university key laboratory, 1 provincial social science popularization education base, 2 provincial youth quality education key research bases, 2 provincial experimental teaching demonstration centers and 23 provincial high-quality courses. it is the first joint training base for postgraduates in Shandong Province.

The school pays attention to the role of scientific research in promoting the improvement of teaching level. In recent years, it has undertaken more than 120 national, provincial and ministerial-level high-level scientific research projects, such as the National 973 Scientific Research Project, the National Social Science Foundation, the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Educational Planning Project, the National Publishing Fund, and the National Spark Program, and more than 70 horizontal and special projects entrusted by enterprises and institutions. Published more than 4000 academic papers, including SCI, EI and CSSCI, published more than 110 monographs and teaching materials, and obtained more than 60 national patent achievements. It has won 1 first prize, 1 second prize and 15 third prize of Shandong Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award, and more than 160 scientific research awards at and above the prefecture hall level, such as Shandong University Outstanding Scientific Research Achievement Award.

The school insists on seeking support by service and development by contribution, and actively explores the way of school-enterprise cooperation in running schools. There are 11 school-level or school-enterprise scientific research institutions, such as the Regional (Southern Shandong) Cultural Research Institute, the Resource City Transformation and Development Research Institute, and the Coal Chemical Research Institute, etc., and issued an action plan to serve local economic construction and social development. Zaozhuang City Informatization, industrialization Integration Promotion Center and other service local scientific research institutions and innovation platform. The school has launched key local projects such as chemical and chemical research and development, machinery manufacturing research and development, and has undertaken the production line construction project of solar cell and photovoltaic power system, and the automatic control and safety chain transformation project of chemical enterprises in Zaozhuang. The school pays attention to the reform of talent training mode, and the quality of talent training is constantly improving. In recent years, in the International Mathematical Modeling Competition for College students, the Challenge Cup National Competition for College students’ extracurricular academic and Scientific and technological works, and various kinds of college students’ professional skills competitions, a total of 3 international awards, 186 national awards, and 495 provincial and ministerial awards have been won. The postgraduate entrance examination rate has been maintained at about 30%, of which “985” and “211” engineering colleges account for about 40% of the number of graduate students. The initial employment rate of undergraduate graduates in 2015 was 87.46%, and the quality of graduates was well received by employers.

The school continues to expand foreign exchanges and promote international exchanges and cooperation. It has established friendly relations with 30 universities in South Korea, Japan, Britain, Canada and Taiwan, and carried out programs such as mutual recognition of credits and student exchange. Especially in recent years, with Esperanto teaching and research as the carrier, the school, together with the all-China Esperanto Association, has jointly built the largest Esperanto museum in the world and the only Esperanto museum in Asia, and built an extensive platform for international cooperation and exchange. Esperanto Museum has been listed as the base of social science popularization education in Shandong Province, and our school’s international level and social influence have been further enhanced.

The school has won more than 30 honorary titles such as “Shandong Advanced University of Party Building and ideological and political work”, “excellent University of moral Education in Shandong Province” and “Outstanding contribution Unit of Zaozhuang City”.
