  人事部人事考试中心(以下简称中心)是中华人民共和国人事部直属事业单位,其前身为人事部全国职称考试指导中心,成立于1990年11月。

  中心主要负责承担中央国家行政机关公务员录用考试的考务工作;负责由人事部组织实施的国家统一的专业技术资格考试,专业技术人员职业(执业、从业)资格考试以及与评聘专业技术职务相关的专业技术资格考试的命题,考务组织管理,考试信息的采集及数据处理,编写有关考试大纲及教材,指导和协调地方实施考试等工作。每年承担的政策性考试多达二十余种,并为上百家组织机构提供考试服务。中心现有职工45人。其中,中层管理人员(处级)17名,具有高级专业技术职务任职资格的人员8名,涉及心理学、管理学、法律、经济、计算机等专业的硕士和博士10余名。

  中心内设7个处(室):

  办公室:主要负责党务、人事行政管理、财务管理等项工作,起草各类综合性文稿 , 审核对外行文(合同),负责业务宣传、编辑《人事考试工作通讯》,组织制定并监督执行中心内部各项规章制度,协调有关法律事务。

  研究与发展处:主要负责研究、拓展和承办国内外考试代理业务,研究国内外人事考试、人才测评及考试评价手段的发展状况,组织与有关机构的合作、交流,制定中心的中长期发展规划等有关工作。

  命题处:主要负责有关专业技术资格考试大纲、考试用书的编写及命题组织、试卷设计、试卷终审与校对工作,承担主观性试题阅卷标准的制定工作,负责资格考试试题试卷分析、题库建设等有关工作,开展资格考试的命题研究和有关专业技术资格考试专家委员会的具体工作。

  考务处:主要负责专业技术资格纸笔考试和有关考试的考务管理工作,负责资格考试考务信息的汇总、常规统计分析工作和考务信息的开发、管理,提出考试合格标准的建议,管理有关考试业务数据,建立考务规章及技术规范,监督检查考风考纪,负责资格考试试卷的承印、管理等工作。

  信息技术处:主要负责专业技术人员资格电子化考试的软件需求、开发、使用与管理,承办专业技术人员电子化考试的组织实施,负责人事考试网络建设及信息的管理、更新和安全,负责拟订设备配置方案、协调设备的购置、维护和管理等工作。

  公务员考试与人才测评处:主要负责中央国家行政机关公务员录用考试的具体事务性工作,面向社会开展各类考试、测评服务,组织开发考试题库,推广人才测评软件,管理人才测评和社会化考试专家队伍。

  培训与教材发行处:主要负责组织有关资格考试的大纲、考试用书和辅导教材的征订和发行,监督、检查有关出版、发行工作,负责我中心内部人员与人事考试系统人员业务素质建设,负责制定培训规划和组织实施有关培训。

  目前,全国地(市)以上政府人事行政部门建立有专门的考试管理与服务机构,形成了从国家到省(自治区、直辖市)、地(市) 的考试管理服务网络。

Information Technology Division: mainly responsible for the software requirements, development, use and management of the electronic examination for professional and technical personnel, and undertaking the organization and implementation of the electronic examination for professional and technical personnel, responsible for the construction of personnel examination network and the management, update and security of information, responsible for drawing up equipment configuration plans, coordinating equipment purchase, maintenance and management, etc.

Civil servant examination and talent evaluation office: mainly responsible for the specific affairs of the civil service recruitment examination of the central and state administrative organs, carrying out all kinds of examination and evaluation services for the society, organizing and developing the examination question bank, and popularizing the talent evaluation software. management talent evaluation and social examination expert team.
