贵州旅游网，贵州12301旅游服务热线工程是国家旅游局牵头的旅游资讯公益服务平台。“贵州省12301旅游服务热线”为24小时服务热线，主要功能有：向游客提供全省各宾馆饭店、旅游景区、旅行社的基本信息，旅游线路交通、门票价格、旅游商品、娱乐活动、旅游政策法规的公共信息查询，以及全天候电话受理并及时转办各类旅游投诉及旅游救援等。同时，贵州旅游网也正式开通，游客可以登录网站进行旅游信息查询及预订。

正式开通

贵州省12301游客服务热线于2009年11月正式开通，并建立基于一体化交换机技术的贵州12301旅游服务中心，通过各种通信工具如固定电话、手机、短信、互联网等多种方式向国内外游客提供旅游目的地信息，搭建多元化旅游信息服务与旅游消费网络。为全省的旅游产业提供集信息流、业务流、资金流为一体的综合智能平台。
