亿元，成为当前国内最成功的低成本航空公司，总部在上海，在上海虹桥机场、上海浦东机场、石家庄正定机场、沈阳桃仙机场设有基地。春秋航空有限公司自2004年5月26日得到当时的中国民航总局(现交通部中国民用航空局)批准后开始筹建，由春秋旅行社创办，注册资本8000万元人民币，约一年左右成功开航。首航班机于2005年7月18日上午由上海虹桥机场起飞前往山东烟台。

创立之初，只有3架租赁的飞机空客A320飞机，经营国内航空客货运输业务和旅游客运包机运输业务。春秋航空平均上座率达到95.4%，成为国内民航最高客座率的航空公司。

截止2013年8月，机队规模达到37架180座空客A320飞机。开通了往返于日本、韩国、泰国、马来西亚、柬埔寨、香港、澳门等的10余条国际及地区航线，及北京、上海、广州、成都、深圳、昆明、重庆、珠海、揭阳(汕头)、厦门、三亚、沈阳、哈尔滨、长春、大连、青岛、石家庄、西安、绵阳、兰州、乌鲁木齐、呼和浩特、杭州、南京、合肥、宁波、常德、张家界、桂林、南宁、淮安、洛阳等国内航线，共约70余条。

春秋航空公司是中国唯一不参加中国民航联网销售系统(CRS)的航空公司。

It has become the most successful low-cost airline in China, headquartered in Shanghai, with bases in Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, Shanghai Pudong Airport, Shijiazhuang Zhengding Airport and Shenyang Taoxian Airport. Spring and Autumn Airlines Co., Ltd. began to be established after it was approved by the then Civil Aviation Administration of China (now the Civil Aviation Administration of the Ministry of Communications) on May 26,2004. it was founded by Chunqiu Travel Service with a registered capital of 80 million yuan and successfully sailed in about one year. The first flight took off from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport to Yantai, Shandong Province on the morning of July 18, 2005.

At the beginning of its establishment, there were only three leased Airbus A320 aircraft, which operated domestic air passenger and cargo transport business and tourist passenger charter transport business. Spring and Autumn Airlines has an average occupancy rate of 95.4%, making it the airline with the highest occupancy rate in domestic civil aviation.

As of August 2013, the fleet had reached 37 180-seat Airbus A320 aircraft. More than 10 international and regional routes to and from Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia, Hong Kong and Macao have been opened. And Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Shenzhen, Kunming, Chongqing, Zhuhai, Jieyang (Shantou), Xiamen, Sanya, Shenyang, Harbin, Changchun, Dalian, Qingdao, Shijiazhuang, Xi’an, Mianyang, Lanzhou, Urumqi, Hohhot, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Hefei, Ningbo, Changde, Zhangjiajie, Guilin, Nanning, Huaian, Luoyang and other domestic routes, a total of about 70.

Spring Airlines is the only airline in China that does not participate in the China Civil Aviation online sales system (CRS).
