广东南湖国际旅行社有限责任公司(以下简称"南湖集团")于1999年成功转制为股份制民营企业,是一家集旅行社、航空服务公司、旅游风景区、度假村、酒店、车队等为一体的大型综合旅游集团。

2009年,南湖集团成为全国十强旅游集团之一,作为国家旅游局评定的十强旅游集团之中唯一的民营企业,连续8年成为全国双百强旅行社,并成为全国旅行社中唯一被世界品牌实验室授予"2005中国品牌年度大奖"的旅行社。
