成都信息工程学院银杏酒店管理学简介

从2008年建立酒店管理系开始，我系就着力打造具有特色的、专业独有的、类型齐全的校内酒店实验室系统。现已建成的有：酒店管理综合实验室、物业管理综合实验室、物业信息系统实验室、酒店信息系统实验室、烹饪实验室，正在筹建酒店工程与智能化实验室等。目前，我系实验室群已成为学院旅游与酒店管理实验教学中心的重要组成部分。该中心已经获得省级高校实验教学示范中心称号。同时，我系酒店管理综合实验室已成为成都(郫县)教育培训功能区—川菜餐饮服务人才培训基地，烹饪实验室已成为成都(郫县)教育培训功能区—川菜烹饪人才培训基地。

酒店管理系于2008年9月正式成立，现有酒店管理、物业管理两个本科专业，酒店管理、烹饪工艺与营养两个专科专业，在校班级26个，其中有本科实验班1个;校外实习班级10个，其中有洲际英才班1个，喜来登、香格里拉、银杏、凯宾斯基等冠名班5个，在校学生1608人。本系现有专任教师共34人，其中教授4人(博士生导师1人、硕士生导师3人)、副教授7人，讲师(或相当专业技术职务者)16人。

在保持稳定的前提下，酒店管理系将“学生工作无小事”作为学生工作的基本理念，通过党支部的思想领导，以党建带团建的工作思路，以辅导员引导和学生参与为载体，加大对学生思想道德的建设。

Brief introduction of Ginkgo Hotel Management in Chengdu Institute of Information Engineering

Since the establishment of the Hotel Management Department in 2008, our department has made great efforts to create a unique, professional and complete hotel laboratory system on campus. Now there are hotel management comprehensive laboratory, property management comprehensive laboratory, property information system laboratory, hotel information system laboratory, cooking laboratory, hotel engineering and intelligent laboratory and so on. At present, the laboratory group of our department has become an important part of the experimental teaching center of tourism and hotel management. The center has been awarded the title of experimental teaching demonstration center in provincial universities. At the same time, our hotel management comprehensive laboratory has become Chengdu (Pixian) education and training function area-Sichuan food service personnel training base, and cooking laboratory has become Chengdu (Pixian) education and training functional area-Sichuan cuisine talent training base.

The Department of Hotel Management was officially established in September 2008. there are two undergraduate majors in hotel management and property management, and two specialties in hotel management, cooking technology and nutrition. There are 26 classes in the school, including 1 experimental class, and 10 off-campus internship classes. among them, there are 1 intercontinental talent class, 5 named classes such as Sheraton, Shangri-La, Ginkgo biloba and Kempinski, with 1608 students. There are 34 full-time teachers in the department, including 4 professors (1 doctoral supervisor and 3 master’s supervisor), 7 associate professors and 16 lecturers (or equivalent professional and technical positions).
