昆明中国国际旅行社有限公司，原名：昆明中国国际旅行社，于2011年8月上市后正式更名为“昆明中国国际旅行社有限公司，由云南世博旅游控股集团有限公司与中国国际旅行社总社有限公司在昆签署合作协议，共同出资整合重组昆明国旅，设立昆明中国国际旅行社有限公司。

经营范围

昆明国旅主要经营的业务范围：组织外国公民.华人华侨.港澳台居民来华旅游,并负责接待。中国公民出境旅游业务和国内旅游等业务，年接待国内外旅游者22万人。 　昆明国旅总部设在云南省昆明市环城南路1118号,在云南省的大理.丽江有投资控股的旅行社分公司(大理国旅、丽江国旅);在泰国有参股的云泰(泰国)旅游有限公司;还有自己投资的旅游汽车公司(昆明国旅汽车公司)。
