广东省公路客运便民服务网简介

根据省政府印发《珠江三角洲基本公共服务一体化规划 (2009-2020)》(粤府办〔2010〕46
号)文件要求，结合我省实际情况，省交通运输厅在2011年启动了全省汽车客运站联网售票工作，向社会公众提供联网汽车客运站的班次票价查询及订购票等便民服务。

作为省交通运输厅在“十二五”期间向公众提供的一项便民服务措施，“广东省公路客运便民服务网”(以下简称“便民网”)
已实现了广州、深圳、佛山等14个地市近150家客运站的联网，向公众提供了网上订票及购票服务。

目前便民网所接入的客运站尚未能覆盖我省全部区域，出行目的地的覆盖面及所提供的订购票量有限，未能完全满足所有公众的出行所需。省交通运输厅将继续贯彻落实省委省政府的工作要求，持续推进我省汽车客运站场的联网售票工作，实现全省三级及以上客运站场联网，向社会公众提供更便捷、更优质的服务。

According to the document requirements, combined with the actual situation of our province, the Provincial Transportation Department launched the provincial bus passenger station network ticketing work in 2011 to provide the public with convenient services such as ticket price inquiry and ticket booking of the networked bus passenger station.

As a convenience service measure provided by the Provincial Transportation Department to the public during the 12th five-year Plan period, “Guangdong Highway passenger Transport convenience Service Network” (hereinafter referred to as “convenience Network”)

It has realized the networking of nearly 150 passenger stations in 14 cities, including Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Foshan, and provided online booking and ticket purchasing services to the public.

At present, the passenger stations accessed by the convenience network have not yet covered all areas of our province, and the coverage of travel destinations and the number of booking tickets provided are limited, which can not fully meet the travel needs of all the public. The provincial transportation department will continue to implement the work requirements of the provincial party committee and provincial government, continue to promote the network ticketing of bus passenger stations in our province, and realize the networking of passenger stations and yards at and above the provincial level, so as to provide more convenient and high-quality services to the public.

便民服务网为社会公众提供广东省公路客运站场的公众出行信息服务，内容包括联网客运站的班次票价查询、余票查询、在线订票、在线购票等公众信息服务。设有班次票价查询、网上订购票、客运站场信息、站场运行态势、天气预报等多个内容频道。为广大旅客提供了丰富、实时、便捷的公路客运信息出行服务。
