　　为了要主动应付向海洋及水产环境的变化，海洋水产部构筑了新形象及战略，成为一流海洋国家引进根据知识情报的新经营。

　　海洋开发基本计划带有3个目标，“创造有生气的大海， 创造知识基本的海洋产业，开发可能继续的海洋资源”。

According to the website of the Ministry of Marine Fisheries of South Korea, the territorial sea under South Korea’s jurisdiction is 5 times that of the country, and the marine industry accounts for 7% of GDP. South Korea ranks 10th in the world and ranks first in shipbuilding bookings.

In order to actively cope with the changes to the marine and aquatic environment, the Ministry of Marine Fisheries has constructed a new image and strategy to become a first-class marine country to introduce new operations based on knowledge and information.

The basic plan for marine development has three goals: “to create a vibrant sea, to create a marine industry with basic knowledge, and to develop marine resources that may continue”.
