釜山国际电影节

　　釜山国际电影节(Busan International Film
Festival，BIFF)是韩国最大型，也是亚洲重要电影节之一;在1996年韩国港口城市釜山举办第一届电影节，并定于每年10月份举行。

　　网站宗旨

　　釜山电影节的创办目的是促进韩国电影工业的发展及韩国与世界各国的友好往来，以展示亚洲的电影成就，并提供一个提拔亚洲电影人才的平台，把电影节办成亚洲电影盛会。

　　电影节设“亚洲电影之窗”“新浪潮”“韩国电影全景”“世界电影”“广角镜”“开放电影”“特别企划项目”等7个板块。除了“新浪潮”单元，电影节基本属于非竞赛模式。除为竞赛单元而设的“最佳亚洲新人奖”以外还设有功劳奖、工会奖、影迷奖、国际电影评论家协会奖、亚洲电影振兴机构奖、KNN观众奖等。

Festival,BIFF) is the largest film festival in South Korea and one of the most important film festivals in Asia; the first film festival was held in the Korean port city of Busan in 1996 and is scheduled to be held every October.

Purpose of the website

The purpose of the Busan Film Festival is to promote the development of the Korean film industry and friendly exchanges between South Korea and the rest of the world, to showcase Asia’s film achievements, to provide a platform for promoting Asian film talents, and to turn the festival into an Asian film event.

Website service

The festival consists of seven sections, including “Asian Film window”, “New Wave”, “Korean Film Panorama”, “World Film”, “wide Angle Mirror”, “Open Film” and “Special Project”. Except for the “New Wave” unit, the film festival basically belongs to the non-competition mode. In addition to the Best Asian New Artist Award for the competition unit, there are meritorious service awards, trade union awards, movie fan awards, International Film critics Association Award, Asian Film Revitalization Agency Award, KNN audience Award and so on.
