　　美国在线电台的历史可以追溯到1999年6月1日它以4亿美元收购Spinner和Nullsoft，办事处都位于旧金山。美国在线电台起初以Radio@AOL正式上线，它使用RealNetworks的最新技术，并以此收到了用户的热烈反响。
