罗马尼亚航天局

　　罗马尼亚航天局（RomanianSpaceAgency）是一个致力于探索国家太空技术研究的公共机构，成立于1991年，隶属于罗马尼亚教育部，总部位于布加勒斯特，其主要目标是创造有利条件进行太空研究，并发起、协助有关太空的基础性、应用性研究活动，旨在提升太空技术以确保罗马尼亚在国际活动中的活跃度，以及和平利用外层空间，促进人类文明进步。

　　罗马尼亚航天局研究中心所涉及的领域包括：空间动态，特别是小卫星和固定系统；磁性液体和magneto-fluidic复合材料；地球观测卫星（遥感）数据检索、加工处理、算法和软件开发；空间信息系统集成、全球导航卫星系统和空间技术风险管理和安全等。

　　除此之外，罗马尼亚航天局还代表罗马尼亚政府组织开展外交流合作活动，如与欧洲航天局和空间研究委员会等国际组织建立了合作关系，并签署了双边协议。罗马尼亚于2011年签署加入协议，成为欧洲航天局的第19个成员国。

The Romanian Space Agency (RomanianSpaceAgency) is a public institution dedicated to the exploration of national space technology research, established in 1991, under the Romanian Ministry of Education and headquartered in Bucharest. Its main goal is to create favorable conditions for space research and to initiate and assist basic and applied research activities related to space, aimed at upgrading space technology to ensure Romania’s activity in international activities. And the peaceful use of outer space to promote the progress of human civilization.

The research centre of the Romanian Space Agency covers the following areas: space dynamics, especially small satellites and fixed systems; magnetic fluids and magneto-fluidic composites; Earth observation satellite (remote sensing) data retrieval, processing, algorithms and software development; space information system integration, global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) and space technology risk management and security.

In addition, the Romanian Space Agency also organizes foreign exchange and cooperation activities on behalf of the Romanian government, such as establishing cooperative relations with international organizations such as the European Space Agency and the Committee on Space Research, and signing bilateral agreements. Romania signed the accession agreement in 2011, becoming the 19th member of the European Space Agency.
