法国农业信贷银行

　　法国农业信贷银行是一家互助公司，既是一家在金融、商业和法律上统一但决策分散的集团，也是一家拥有三层组织结构的合作集团。CNCA是农业信贷银行的中央银行机构，是集团管理和监督的核心，其主要股东是48家地区性银行。地区性银行旗下的2672家分行(全法国)也是地区性银行的主要股东。地区性银行和集团关系通过协调机构FNCA进行。

　　主要职能是:参与制订国家农业信贷方面的政策;控制和协调各区域金库的业务;具体管理各区域金库多余的资金;通过下属机构发行短期库券和长期债券，为区域金库发放中、长期贷款提供资金便利;自己发放长期贷款和办理国家信贷业务等。

　　法国农业信贷银行最初资金来源于法兰西银行的贷款，以后自己吸收存款和发行债券所筹集的资金越来越多，大大超过本身发放贷款的需要。

The main functions are: to participate in the formulation of national policies on agricultural credit; to control and coordinate the operations of regional coffers; to specifically manage the surplus funds of regional coffers; and to issue short-term treasury bills and long-term bonds through subordinate institutions, to facilitate the issuance of medium-and long-term loans to regional coffers; to issue long-term loans and handle national credit business, etc.

The initial funding of Credit Agricole came from the loan of the Bank of France, and later it raised more and more funds by absorbing deposits and issuing bonds, which greatly exceeded the need for its own loans.
