The Landers Tropical Zoo is the largest man-made rainforest in northern Europe, featuring 350 species of tropical plants and 175 species of tropical animals. All the animals and plants in the zoo are located in the three large dome transparent buildings, namely, the South American Pavilion, the Africa Pavilion and the Asian Pavilion. Most of the animals move freely in each pavilion. In addition, there are non-toxic snake gardens and tropical fish aquariums.
