　　(Kviff)卡罗维发利国际电影节是世界上历史最久的电影节之一。作为世界九大A级电影节之一，在五十年代成为中国电影最爱亮相的舞台。卡罗维发利国际电影节创办于1946年，截至2008年总共举办了43届。

　　电影节的主要目的是为和平、为人类幸福、为各国自由而斗争，同不道德的影片作斗争。1948年起正式授奖。最高奖为“水晶地球仪”(分为大奖和主要奖)，其次有评委会特别奖、“利迪策玫瑰奖”。此外，还有导演奖、男女演员奖，编剧奖、摄影奖、荣誉奖、世界进步奖、为新人斗争奖、自由斗争奖、国际友谊奖等。

As one of the nine A-level film festivals in the world, it became the most popular stage for Chinese films in the 1950s. The Karlovy Foley International Film Festival was founded in 1946 and has been held for a total of 43 years up to 2008.

The main purpose of the festival is to fight against immoral films for peace, for human well-being, for the freedom of all countries. The award has been officially awarded since 1948. The highest prize is the Crystal Globe (divided into grand prizes and major prizes), followed by the jury Special Award and the Liddze Rose Award.
