　　希腊女子足球联赛旨在让女孩子们体会到足球运动员的乐趣，所以教练鼓励女生们每个赛季至少参加一半的比赛，虽然这几乎没有人可以做到，但大家都乐在其中。联赛中所有的教练都是无偿的志愿者，所有的教练中每年都有三分之一是新的面孔。联赛的理事会成员也全部都是志愿者，因为联赛的规模逐年扩大，理事会成员数量也在不断增长。
