Among them, Tesla incident occurred in Chengdu, Sichuan. Ms. Zheng took her daughter back to the community and restarted Tesla, when a desolate female voice suddenly came from the car, “I died so unjustly.” Mother and daughter were so scared that they abandoned the car and ran away.

Tesla customer service said it may be a fault on the car screen because the background detected a large number of clicks on the screen in a short period of time. After searching, the thrilling audio came from audiobooks on a certain platform in the car, and an audio called “evil heart” was played that night, and the Tesla service center finally replaced the car screen for free.

For Tencent, the China Consumer Association believes that Tencent “calmly” replied “based on business development needs and to provide users with a better user experience”. On the other hand, members and users angrily question that “the discount agreed upon when buying members has not expired”. “unilaterally canceling the discount without consulting paying members is tantamount to a forced price increase”.

Whether the focus of Tencent’s marketing strategy adjustment is the urgent need for “business development” or the “optimization and upgrade” of user experience, and the “holiday gift package” of canceling discounts and adjusting discounts, there may be room for discussion whether Tencent is the “legal right” of Tencent as a provider of game services, or whether it has been unilaterally forced to change the “prepaid service contract”.

The China Consumer Association said that the sharp teeth of Tencent Games’s “gold-sucking weapon” really hurt the flesh and heart of its members.
