国际能源署警告：世界面临三重能源危机 远比70年代严重

国际能源署（IEA）总干事比罗尔（FatihBirol）警告称，今年夏天，一旦人们开始度假，美国和欧洲可能出现燃料短缺，而欧洲受到的打击将尤为严重。比罗尔在周二的一次采访中表示：“当欧洲和美国的主要假日季开始时，燃料需求将会上升。然后我们可能会看到柴油、汽油或煤油短缺，尤其是在欧洲。”

燃料短缺更有可能发生在夏季，因为人们在外出度假时开车更多。比罗尔表示，这可能会在未来几个月推高油价。

美国汽车协会（AAA）的数据显示，美国汽油价格最近几周触及创纪录水平，阵亡将士纪念日当天全美平均油价为每加仑4.62美元。

与此同时，美国环境调查署（Environmental Investigation Agency）的数据显示，美国电力平均价格在过去一年上涨了6.1%。

Mr Birol also said the ongoing energy crisis would be more severe and lasting than the oil price shock of the 1970s because it exerted pressure on three areas.

Now, oil, gas and electricity prices are soaring on both sides of the Atlantic, leading to a cost-of-living crisis.

Fuel shortages are more likely to occur in summer because people drive more when they go on holiday. Mr Birol said this could push up oil prices in the coming months.

Us gasoline prices have hit record levels in recent weeks, with a national average of $4.62 a gallon on Memorial Day, according to AAA.

Meanwhile, the average price of US electricity has risen 6.1 per cent in the past year, according to the US Environmental investigation Agency (Environmental Investigation Agency).

International crude oil prices hit a two-month high on Tuesday after the European Union agreed to ban most oil imports from Russia.
