商家打着“音乐”“写真”旗号公开售卖色情影像
王先生称，今年5月份，他在拼多多平台上购物时，无意间发现有一些商家在售卖明星写真、车载音乐、电影录像之类的产品，商品的标题和宣传图片存在打“擦边球”的嫌疑。出于好奇，王先生点开了这些商品的链接。
王先生提供的相关图片显示，这些打着“音乐、写真、录像”旗号的商品，页面宣传图往往比较暴露，充满性暗示。
王先生通过平台私聊联系这些商家，询问商品详情，部分商家间接承认了这些商品为色情影像。
王先生提供的聊天记录显示，这些商家承认所售商品确为色情影像，并表示会为消费者搭配好内容，容量为64G，储存在U盘里，以U盘的形式售出。随后，王先生又询问商家是否有某位色情演员的影像，商家表示可以提供。

随后，王先生联系拼多多线上客服反映此事，平台方面表示会严厉打击商家售卖违禁品的现象。但事情最终未得到有效处理。
王先生表示，拼多多平台上销售色情影像的商家不在少数，“这些商家销售的色情影像非常多，这是严重的违法行为。如果小孩不小心购买到这些违禁商品，会产生非常大的危害。希望能够曝光这种现象，严厉打击这些不法商家。”
色情影像在多个平台均有销售，员工称监管难度大
澎湃新闻联系了拼多多平台，相关负责人表示，平台目前已排查处理相关商家商品，拼多多坚决不允许商家在平台售卖违禁商品，一经发现会顶格处理。
澎湃新闻调查发现，淘宝平台同样存在售卖色情影像的情况，部分商家甚至打着“学习素材”的名号销售违禁产品。售卖的色情产品五花八门，不仅售卖色情影像，也售卖色情App。
澎湃新闻记者私聊了其中一位销售色情App的商家。这位商家表示，提供App下载地址是免费的，但需要开通会员，每个月需要支付23元的会员费，或者可以花费108元购买永久会员。也有部分商家表示，可以提供永久免费的色情App。
记者通过和相关商家聊天发现，他们警惕性非常高，往往不会在平台上和消费者沟通商品详情，而是通过添加微信私聊的方式进行淫秽物品的销售，商家在淘宝平台上和消费者私聊的信息，在确认对方看到后便会立即撤回。

一位不愿透露姓名的网购平台工作人员告诉澎湃新闻，目前各大网购平台上的商家数量非常多，难免会有一些漏网之鱼。这些商家善于伪装，商品标题十分隐晦，若不仔细调查，很难看出是在销售违禁商品。不过，这位工作人员也告诉澎湃新闻，目前各大网购平台对售卖淫秽物品等违禁商品的打击力度非常大，只要接到消费者反馈或日常排查核实后，均会严厉查处。

According to the chat transcript provided by Mr. Wang, the merchants admitted that the products they sold were pornographic images and said they would match the content for consumers, with a capacity of 64 gigabytes, stored in a flash drive and sold in the form of a flash drive. Later, Mr. Wang asked the merchant if he had an image of a porn actor, and the merchant said he could provide it.

Subsequently, Mr. Wang contacted Pinduoduo online customer service to reflect the matter, and the platform said it would severely crack down on merchants selling contraband. But in the end, the matter was not dealt with effectively.

Pornographic images are sold on multiple platforms, and employees say it is difficult to supervise
Thepaper.cn contacted the pinduoduo platform, and the relevant official said that the platform has investigated and dealt with relevant merchandise, and pinduoduo firmly does not allow merchants to sell prohibited goods on the platform.
A survey by thepaper.cn found that pornographic images are also sold on Taobao, with some merchants even selling banned products under the name of “learning materials.” There are a wide variety of pornographic products sold, not only pornographic images, but also pornographic App.
A reporter from thepaper.cn talked privately about one of the businesses selling pornographic App. The businessman said that providing an App download address is free, but you need to open a member and pay a membership fee of 23 yuan a month, or you can spend 108 yuan to buy a permanent member. There are also some merchants who say they can provide porn App for free forever.
Through chatting with relevant businesses, reporters found that they are very vigilant and often do not communicate product details with consumers on the platform, but sell obscene goods by adding Wechat private chat. Merchants’ private chat with consumers on Taobao platform will be withdrawn immediately after confirming that the other party sees it.

A staff member of the online shopping platform, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told thepaper.cn that the number of merchants on the major online shopping platforms is very large, and it is inevitable that some of them will slip through the net. These merchants are good at camouflage, the title of the goods is very obscure, if not carefully investigated, it is difficult to see that they are selling prohibited goods. However, the staff member also told thepaper.cn that at present, major online shopping platforms have made great efforts to crack down on the sale of obscene articles and other prohibited goods, and will strictly investigate and deal with them as long as they receive feedback from consumers or daily inspection and verification.
