日本核监管机构同意东京电力公司核污水排海计划

日本原子力规制委员会18日审查通过了东京电力公司福岛第一核电站核污水排放计划，这意味着日本核监管机构对核污水排放计划“亮绿灯”。4月15日，日本原子力规制委员会已对东京电力公司核污水排放计划“大致同意”，并形成了“审查书”草案。

5月18日，该委员会再次对“审查书”草案进行了确认，认为内容“没有问题”，同意了东京电力公司的核污水排放计划。但在该排放计划获得正式认可前，还有一个月的“征集意见”环节。

获得日本原子力规制委员会的认可和当地政府的同意后，东京电力公司可启动排放计划。日媒认为，接下来东京电力公司的排放计划能否获得福岛县等地方政府的同意将成为焦点。

2021年4月13日，日本政府正式决定将核污水过滤并稀释后排入大海。尽管日本渔业团体、部分地方官员等强烈反对这一处理方案，中韩等邻国也强烈反对和质疑，日本政府依然无视反对声音，计划于2023年春开始长期向太平洋排放所谓“放射性物质达标”的核污水。

On May 18, the committee confirmed the draft “Review letter” again, saying that the content was “no problem” and agreed to Tepco’s nuclear sewage discharge plan. However, there is still a month of “soliciting opinions” before the emission scheme is formally approved.

With the approval of the Japanese Atomic Power Regulatory Commission and the consent of the local government, Tepco can start the emission plan. Japanese media believe that whether Tepco’s emission plan can be approved by local governments such as Fukushima Prefecture will be the focus.

On April 13, 2021, the Japanese government formally decided to filter and dilute the nuclear sewage and discharge it into the sea. Although Japanese fishing groups and some local officials strongly oppose this treatment plan, and neighboring countries such as China and South Korea also strongly oppose and question it, the Japanese government still ignores opposition voices and plans to start long-term discharge of so-called “radioactive material up to standard” nuclear sewage into the Pacific Ocean in the spring of 2023.
