唐山现巨型龙卷风？气象局回应

近日，有网友称河北省唐山市迁西县境内出现龙卷风天气。17日，唐山市气象局表示，经核实，此现象属于局地尘卷风现象，不是龙卷风现象。从视频上看，在一处土坡处，一黑色涡旋从地面直连天际，与晴朗的天空形成鲜明对比。视频发布者称，这是唐山市迁西县境内16日发生的龙卷风现象。

迁西县应急管理局工作人员表示，应急局16日全天并未接到有关龙卷风天气受灾的报告。迁西县气象局工作人员也表示，据气象局观测，16日县城内未曾观测到龙卷风天气。

当地工作人员表示，经核实，此现象属于局地尘卷风现象，不是龙卷风现象。

尘卷风和龙卷风究竟有何区别？气象专家、通辽市气象站首席专家徐建国告诉极目新闻记者，龙卷风一般伴随着强对流天气，多在雨天出现，而尘卷风则多在晴天出现。同时，龙卷风是从空中向地面伸展，而尘卷风则是从地面向空中发展。龙卷风造成的危害较大，尘卷风造成的危害较小。

“尘卷风是由于地表受热不均，形成的涡旋。”徐建国称，尘卷风最高可以达到20多米。“从视频来看，这是晴天，应该是属于尘卷风，但威力较大。”徐建国表示。
