The code says: “as employers, we support the principle that Netflix provides a variety of stories, even if we believe that some content is contrary to our own personal values. Depending on your responsibilities, you may need to produce content that you think is harmful. Netflix’s policy change comes at a time when the platform is experiencing a record loss of subscribers. The company blames this on increased competition, account sharing, inflation and other factors.
