没有发行商的代币不会受到影响，比如比特币，不过交易平台有义务向交易者发出警告。交易机构同意将降低特定加密货币交易的匿名性程度。
MiCA还会致力解决加密货币带来的环境问题，它要求企业披露能源消耗信息，解释数字资产对环境的影响。
目前NFT并不受MiCA制约，未来18个月欧盟委员会将会做出决定，确认NFT是否需要设立独立的监管制度。
不知你是否听说过terraUSD？它是一种算法稳定币，通过一套复杂的算法努力维持1美元价值，也就是1枚代币等于1美元，但不久之前terraUSD崩盘了，于是才有了MiCA。terraUSD造成的很大的灾难，大量美元从加密货币市场消失。
总体上讲欧盟对稳定币并不满意，持怀疑态度，毕竟这些稳定币与现有资产挂钩，欧盟担心私人数字代币会威胁到主权货币，比如欧元。

According to the new regulations, stable coins such as Tether and USDC must be kept in sufficient reserves so that users can redeem them when large-scale withdrawals occur. Not only that, if these stable currencies become large enough, daily trading volume will be limited to 200 million euros.
EU member states will be the main law enforcement forces in the MiCA, but the European Securities and Markets Authority can also intervene under certain conditions.
Tokens without issuers, such as bitcoin, will not be affected, but trading platforms are obliged to warn traders. The trading body agreed to reduce the anonymity of transactions in a particular encrypted currency.
MiCA will also address the environmental problems posed by cryptocurrency, requiring companies to disclose energy consumption information and explain the impact of digital assets on the environment.
At present, NFT is not restricted by MiCA, and the European Commission will make a decision in the next 18 months to confirm whether NFT needs to establish an independent regulatory system.
