“00后整顿职场”是最近的热门句式,起因是多个00后员工给公司甩脸色的新闻引发舆论关注。但近期,有网友向上游新闻记者爆料自己所在的公司专门设立一个名叫“新一代”的新部门,将00后员工全部收纳其中进行统一管理。有网友戏称,00后刚开始整顿职场,就被职场整顿了。

一位ID为“奥莱斯”的网友爆料贴出一张疑似公司发布的通知,通知称,鉴于同行公司经验,以及公司最近出现的类似情况,为便于管理,规范职场,现设立“新一代”部门。

据悉,该部门主管为一位周姓负责人,除他之外该部门员工均为“00后新时代同事”。此后,该公司在职及入职的00后,不管隶属于哪个部门,都由此部门统一管理,其他部门不得插手。新部门所有规章制度均按照职场管理进行,如有违反,一律按照相关规定进行处罚。如果不适应新部门,可申请调离。

该网友进一步解释,事情的起因是一个00后同事工作效率比较低,别的员工8小时完成的工作他需要16个小时。上级领导质问他为什么别人可以完成,他完成不了。他顶嘴说:“那你叫别人做。”此后,公司以不符合公司要求将他辞退。这个事情最终经过劳动仲裁,判这位前员工输了仲裁。之后,公司高层便开会讨论成立了这样一个部门。

上游新闻记者随后联系到网友“奥莱斯”,该网友IP所在地显示为广东。他表示自己所在的公司成立了“新一代”部门。公司的经营范围较广,包括贸易、电商等领域,但他不方便提供公司的名字。

该网友表示,成立这样的部门并不是00后表现不佳,而是公司的00后和目前管理制度的大框架有不太契合的地方。之前提到的00后被辞退的情况,算是公司发现的一个问题。

新部门规章弹性变小权责分明

该网友表示,目前部门刚刚成立几天,还在试运行阶段。这些加入部门的00后虽然仍在各自的原部门,但受新部门的主管管辖,原部门的主管有任务,需要通过新部门主管来安排任务。新部门还有自己独立的办公区域。现阶段新部门的主管并不是00后,但计划在3个月内,“新一代”部门的主管也将更换成年轻人来担任。

网友“奥莱斯”还贴出了他与新部门主管周某某的聊天记录。周某某称,新部门大概就是讲正常入职培训、实习、转正等过程规范。同时对上下班时间,周末、节假日休息,加班工资等也进行了规定。

与此同时,对于上班迟到、早退、上班偷懒、没在规定时间完成工作等情况设置了相应的处罚制度,对迟到几次算旷工,哪些情况将被转岗甚至辞退等情况进行了规范。新部门特别强调:请假不提前、不服从工作安排都有相应的处罚。如果与公司解除合同,诋毁公司、泄露公司机密都会被追究法律责任。总而言之,新部门的宗旨是要给00后员工强调制度,并按制度来办事,弹性变小了。
