据报道，华纳探索CEO大卫·扎斯拉夫有意参考迪士尼前CEO鲍勃·艾格的策略，将公司业务分为三个分支，每个分支都有各自的领导，各分支的领导直接向他汇报。早前也有外媒披露，华纳将模仿漫威影业（Marvel Studios）也成立DC影业（DC Studios）。
华纳兄弟&新线影业:由DeLuca和Abdy领导;
DC影业：改组前，暂时由沃尔特·滨田担任负责人，将向DeLuca和Abdy汇报工作;
华纳动画：暂未公布领导人选。
Toby Emmerich will set up his own company and reach a production partnership with Warner to take charge of films, American TV dramas and streaming. Emmerich has been working at Warner since 1992, having previously served as chairman of New Line Pictures, then as Warner COO, and became head of Warner Film Group in 2017.
Under his leadership, Warner grossed $5.57 billion at the global box office, creating high-grossing films such as “Sea King” and award-winning films such as “the birth of a Star” and “the Joker.”
According to reports, Warner Exploration CEO David Zaslav intends to follow the strategy of former Disney CEO Bob Iger to divide the company’s business into three branches, each with its own leader, and the leaders of each branch report directly to him. Earlier, foreign media revealed that Warner will imitate Marvel Pictures (Marvel Studios) and set up DC Pictures (DC Studios).
