消息称桑德伯格辞职前正遭调查 涉利用公司资源策划婚礼

据知情人士称，Meta前首席运营官谢丽尔•桑德伯格辞职前正在接受公司调查，原因是她涉嫌利用公司资源策划婚礼。桑德伯格周三宣布，她将辞去担任了14年的Meta（前身为Facebook）首席运营官职位。她说，她将继续担任公司董事会成员。

But while Sandberg announced the decision, Meta was investigating how she used the company’s resources to plan her wedding, according to people familiar with the matter. Sandberg announced her engagement to Tom Bernthal, founder and chief executive of a Los Angeles consulting firm, in 2020.

The investigation was still under way until May. Sandberg faces another investigation after it was reported in April that she had pressed the Daily Mail, a British tabloid, a few years ago to stop reporting the story of her then boyfriend, Bobby Kotick, chief executive of Activision Activision Blizzard.

A spokesman for Meta said: “all of this has nothing to do with Sandberg’s personal decision to leave.”

But some former and current employees of Meta recently revealed that Sandberg is losing power at the company.
