I usually publish articles containing useful tips, applicable UX advice, and suggestions on how to improve certain aspects of your design process. Hands-on with Play-Doh Touch, the App That Brings Kids’ Creations to Life
Remember when you were a kid and you’d save your Play-Doh creations on your shelf for so long that they would become so hard and dry that they’d crack and fall apart?
Well, the current generation of youth no longer has to experience this tragedy. Play-Doh just came out with the Play-Doh Touch Shape to Life Studio, an iOS app that makes Play-Doh a digital experience for children, essentially bringing their designs to life.
The app incorporates the physical Play-Doh creation by snapping a photo with the app and voila- your creation is now saved forever, in addition a whole new world of animation and digital effects are available. Now that’s what I call a leap into the digital era.
